| college itself is coming along pretty good. I have tons of fun outside of class; and my professors themselves arent too bad either, I just get lots and lots of work. (I was already in the library and this is my first full day of class).
Overall tho, I'm having fun and trying to leave a nameless piece of my past behind.

| its been 10 days since i've updated and here it goes...
Today I had a really fun day in the city with Laura ...well we first woke up to get rid of our provisional licenses (finally) and got the unrestricted ones; then we went to a bank to exchange coins for cash (got 40 bucks haha), and finally we went into the city where we ate some rays pizza, went to canal street and watched as the vendors radio'd to each other when cops would come and they would hide their knock-off merchandise hehe good stuff, and we ate dinner at Ruby Foos (pan-asian restaurant) off of Times Square...
The past week I have just been packing and saying goodbyes to friends. "Hockey is a sport for white men. Basketball is a sport for black men. Golf is a sport for white men dressed like black pimps." --Tiger Woods
| oh yeah i forgot to mention that right when i got on that bus to get out of the city on thursday, i saw people so desparate to get home that they jumped into the back of garbage trucks!!! | | |
| no work today! theres still no power in my building so it feels like a snow day, except im going to the beach...hehe
yesterday was chaos, i wish i had a camera with me, nyc was like mardi-gras except no one was gettin naked. I got REALLY lucky tho because I got the first new jersey bus that left the city, and then i was transferred to another bus that brought me close to home, and then some random guy's wife took us to where our cars were lol
