it sucks knowing what you want, and yet feeling as if it isn't
attainable. whether it feels that way because it can't be seen, or it
is far away, or you doubt its existence... it's frustrating. that is
another thing about God that is amazing. the amount you desire Him, is
the amount of Him you will obtain. there is proof of this in His word.
whether it be the verse saying ask and you shall receive, or as you
draw near to Him, He will draw near to you. the more of God you want,
the more attainable His presence becomes. even
when you don't feel as if He is drawing nearer. even when His presence,
His direction, His voice seem unattainable... they aren't. seek and you
will find. knock and the door will be opened. just because you don't "feel" Him, doesn't mean He isn't drawing nearer. press on. don't stop. He desires nothing more, than for us to desire Him.
