Okay.  My first post in about three months :D.
Things are getting all ironed out as far as RA plans go... I'm going to be the RA of Kelly C next year, Whoo!   I'm very excited about it.
I'm trying not to stress about finals... but it's already starting, I'm taking all five.
I've been tested and stretched a lot this semester... I failed quite a few times, but I can't believe how much I've learned.  Leading a gel group was definitely a new experience...  Thank you John for asking me to join you.
Thank you Ken for being swept off your feet ;), it's been a little rocky at times, but we've grown so much.
Nathanael, hun, don't think too much about this girl... girls are just trouble :D.
Hannah, darlin', you're beautiful.... don't forget!  And I told Ken about you ruining the moment in Elizabethtown... He laughed as hard as I did :).
  That's all for now...

I got back to Rolla yesterday afternoon... It really is great to be back.  I'm actually pretty excited about classes starting tomorrow, Whoo!
I can hardly wait until gel groups start this semester.  John Cheek and I are doing a study on Spiritual Disciplines, I've learned so much already, it's amazing.
Pastor Wade spoke today in church about the parable of the talents.  I really feel that God was speaking to me.  I want to give more of myself to others.  God has been so good to me, he's grown me up :) a great deal during the past six months.  I want to learn to use whatever gifts God has given me in order to help those around me.  I want to really learn how to love people.
I've been trying to wean myself off naps, but I think I may crash in a little while :).  Have a great first day of classes, everyone!

My New Year's Resolutions...
Stay on a healthy sleep schedule
Lose weight and get in shape
Be more accepting and loving towards others
Really LISTEN to people, learn to care about and to love them
Keep up with my guitar lessons... I tend to slack off
  Pass Physics 23!
Learn to accept and give gifts and compliments gracefully

Hem hem...   AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Okay, I feel a little better now.  I only have two finals.  They're not until Wednesday and Thursday, and I'm already stressing... this isn't like me.

I just keep telling myself that in one week I'll be home with my family and no school to worry about for three weeks...  I've been doing a lot of praying for my friends and for myself these past couple of days.  Keeping focused on God really helps to keep me calm... go figure.

And Bread is one of the greatest ever... you'll should check them out.

I went to Kansas City on friday with a friend of mine, and we went to the Cheesecake Factory.  It was a pretty cool birthday present :).  It's actually not until tuesday, but everyone'll be studying then.  Hehe, I'm not really one for sweets, but oh my goodness, that cheesecake...

I'm horribly behind in my Christmas shopping, so I think I'll do that for my study break tomorrow.  My father is the hardest person ever to shop for...  he likes the strangest things.  We were looking through a catalog at home and saw some bright orange cordoroy pants that he went wild for, but I think my Mom would have more than a few words with me if I gave him those ;).

Back to studying.  Have a wonderful week everybody... remember no matter how it goes, it'll be over on Friday, that always helps me.  I'll be praying for you.

And Merry Christmas!!

(This is my longest post... ever!)
