Xanga lets you add HTML coding to virtually any part of your site. You can add it to individual posts, you can use it to customize your site's look and feel, and with Xanga Skins you can even control the entire layout of your site using HTML. All this HTML support adds tremendous power and flexible to your Xanga site.

But with great power comes great potential for really messing things up , which is why we've created a new "Safe Mode" for signing into your Xanga site.

If you've copied and pasted some bad HTML into one of your posts, if you've added a custom module or a new Xanga Skin and forgot to close one of your HTML tags... if you've totally screwed up your Xanga site, now you can sign in using "Safe Mode" and fix it!

When you sign in using "Safe Mode", you'll be viewing the "HTML Source" (the raw HTML code) of your Xanga site. Just delete or fix the bad HTML that's breaking your site, sign out of safe mode, and then sign back in using normal mode to see if your site is fixed. Good luck!
