Make sure your "Links" toolbar is showing. If it isn't showing, go to the View › Toolbars menu and select "Links". To move or resize the "Links" toolbar, click and hold the word "Links". Then drag it until the toolbar appears how you want. To remove any unwanted buttons already in your "Links" toolbar, right click on the button and select "Delete".

Make sure your "Personal Toolbar" is showing. If it isn't showing, go to the View › Show/Hide menu and select "Personal Toolbar". If your "Personal Toolbar" appears as a thin line, you can expand it by clicking on the little arrow on the left side of the toolbar. To move the "Personal Toolbar", click and hold the toolbar. Then drag it until it appears where you want. To remove any unwanted buttons already in your "Personal Toolbar": Hit Ctrl-B to open your "edit bookmarks" window Open the "Personal Toolbar Folder" (note: if your "Personal Toolbar" is empty this folder may not appear) Right click on the unwanted button icon and select "Delete Bookmark".

Make sure your "Bookmarks Bar" is showing. If it isn't showing, go to the Bookmarks › menu and select "Bookmarks Bar". To move or resize the "Bookmarks Bar", click and hold the little book icon. Then drag it until the toolbar appears how you want. To remove any unwanted buttons already in your "Bookmarks Bar", hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, click on the button you want to remove, and select "Delete".

First Right-click the xTools button above. From the drop down menu, select 'Add to Favorites'. When you get a "Security Alert" message, click "Yes" to say that Xanga is a trusted site. You'll then get a list of folders. If not, click the "Create In >>" button to make the folder list appear. Select the "Links" folder in your favorites menu and then click "OK". The xTools button should now appear on your Links toolbar. Congratulations, you have just completed the installation of the button!
