Wooooww.... it has been forever since I've posted on this thing.

So... I've almost had this for four years!

Man, oh man, oh man...

I don't even know what to write, I've done alot since April 29th.

All I have to say is... I miss my girlfriend.... I miss my friends... I miss my family... I miss my own bed. I found myself having a harder time dealing with homesickness this year than I did last year, which seems a little backwards.

Maybe its because classes are so much harder, I've been feeling sick alot lately, and so football isn't going the way I want it to. But oh well, there is nothing to do but go for it and do it! On a high note though, I went to a church today that seems pretty cool. So that was awesome.

Speaking of church... I have to go read Dante's Inferno...

By the way, how is everybody?

I hate finals week...

Home sweet home...

Yes, I am back home on Easter break!

Its great... I love being home.  I get to see my girlfriend, friends, family... everyone. 

So... I guess its been a stinkin' long time since i've posted on xanga.  I have no excuse, I just haven't felt motivated to lately.  Oh wait, that is an excuse... huh, oh well.

School is going pretty well.  Its still hard trying to juggle school and football (workouts and football meetings also included), but then again, it will probably always be tough.  Not like its significant, because college, highschool, your career, whatever you do is always going to be hard.  It takes hard work to get good at something.  Then, when you do get good, only push yourself harder to get better. Once you get better... well, you get the idea.

I feel like I'm never going to reach my full potential... If I reach what I'm shooting for now, will I be satisfied?

I don't know... that is something I will figure out later in life I suppose.

Speaking of reaching my full potential, I have to go get an X-ray on my hand.  It might be broken.

No, don't try to make sense of that.

Oh... Emory and Henry....

Thats a pretty odd name for a college: Emory and Henry College.  Everytime someone asks me, "Where do you go to school?" That person never seems to hear my answer so they asks me again and again.  This vicious cycle continues until Groucho Marx appears out of thin air and yells, "If you come around again jump off!"  The conversation ends, and everyone goes home smiling.

But anyway...

Good old Emory...

I have a total of 16 credit hours this semester with 7 classes.  On top of that I have to get a job somewhere on campus, so along with school, work, football, and getting all the hours that I need for my Athletic Training course, I am going to be one busy little fella.

I miss everyone at home... my fam, Tyler, John, Dana...

I feel like this sememster is going to be alot harder than the last one. 

I'm not sure why...

Well, I don't have any homework that I need to do for tomorrow, but perhaps I'll start on my homework for monday.

So... my birthday, along with many other things has gone and passed.

I never imagined that I could be so sad about spending my birthday alone.  I was really depressed.

But you know what... my 18th birhday... actually turned out to be the happiest I have ever had.

Let me tell you what happened...

My birthday was on a sunday, and I decided that it would be a good idea to let myself sleep in.  I woke up at about 12, took a shower, and then returned to my room with... uh, many clothes on, yeah right.  I looked at my cell phone, and I had a miss call.  It was Dana, so I called her back thinking that she was just calling to wish me a happy birthday.  We talked for a second, then this is what followed:

Dana: "Hey, how would you like to open your present from my right now?"

Me: "Huh? wait... what?... How??"

Dana: "Come outside."

Yes my friends, my girlfriend flew down to see me for my birthday!

I could not believe it.  I quickly threw on some clothes and ran outside...

She... is the best.. I had a wonderful birthday... I have such a good girlfriend... I still can't believeshe did that.
