| Hey everyone,
Well this afternoon, my band finished recording our debut CD. It will be released shortly. It'll be selling for a mere $5, a small price to pay to experience Silence Breaks. If any of you out there are bold enough to step forward and become a part of this new legacy, let me know shortly through Xanga, or maybe e-mail. My e-mail adress is h_mason11@yahoo.com so yeah, just give me a notice and i'll find a way to get it to you. School starts on September 6th and registration is tomorrow morning. I'm so not looking forward. I am halfway done with high school, though. I guess I do have some good times awaiting. And, of course, how could i forget? I officially have my driver's lisence. All you drivers out there, you'd better watch yourself on the road. . that's all that I have to say for now, so leave a comment or something. It's the nice thing to do.

| Hey,
I actually have a good reason for not updating for 3+ months. I kinda forgot my password. But, while cleaning my room, I found a paper that had all my passwords and junk like that. Anyway, I've heard that Eminence was a nice retreat from everyone's normal lifestyle. As some of you know, there is a meeting similar to Eminence out here in Cali. It's called Shaver Lake. It was a great time. I enjoyed myself. I usually try and make my not-so-frequent Xanga posts fairly long, but I can't really think of anything special to say. EXCPET, I am in a band, for those of you who didn't know, and we are currently in the recording process. It's going to be an EP album until we can find a professional producer that doesn't charge excessive amounts of money. We have a couple tracks done and, if you feel so inclined, you can check them out at: http://www.purevolume.com/silencebreaksca
On a sadder note, I'm still in the process of finding a way to get myself out to Nixa, Missouri for the annual two weeker. I'll be heart-broken if I can't go. I miss all you midwest people too much. Although this Xanga post hasn't been as long as it could've been, it is longer than average, and at least I updated. I hope I'll get to see some of you in a couple weeks, but only time will tell . . . Hope you're all enjoying your summer, and . . . I'm out.

Love-a-Lot Bear You love to take care of others and people love being around you because you make them feel appreciated. You are very sweet and soft-spoken. You are also a romantic and consider yourself an excellent matchmaker, so you tend to be a bit nosy. But everyone still considers you the sweetest person they know. |

Well, ummm I honestly don't know how to explain this one. I guess I'm just a loving person. I hope this doesn't give the impression that I have a feminine personality . . . because I don't. In fact, I am very manly.
Well, it has indeed been ages since I have updated, but now I have. I appreciate the Woody family updating every couple days or so to keep me updated with what's going down in the Midwest. So here's my special thanks to all of them: . . . Thanks.
And to Mr. Sam Woody, I am sorry for the tragic Duke loss to LSU, and I don't particularly like Duke, but I absolutely love J.J. Tremendous shooter. Unfortunately, my team (KU) had to go and lose in the first round for the SECOND year in a row. Just a tad bit disappointing, but next year. Kansas, all the way baby!! Until next time, fellow Xangans,

| Hey everyone,
Yeah, I know I'm a little bit early in my monthly post. It's all Katie's fault. She sent me this thing where I tell everything all the weird stuff about me. Anyways, here's how it works, I post 5 weird things about me and then I pick 5 new people to do the same thing. Here goes . . .
1. I'm scared of snakes. The way they move is what bugs me the most. And because some of them are poisonous. Wow, thats scary. *shudders*
2. I don't eat very much at other people's houses, but when I'm at my own house, I eat a whole bunch!
3. I sometimes have moments where I completely space out. Example: Thursday morning. I woke up at 6 like I always do and so, for some reason, I go crazy, because I think I'm late. I don't usually leave until 7:15 . . . so ya, I was rushing around everywhere, getting ready all quick, and I suddenly realize, I don't have to be anywhere for an hour and 15 minutes . . . so naturally, I went back to bed.
4. I can sit in my room and listen to music for hours. Almost any kind of music too. EXCEPT country. lol sorry Sam.
5 This one's kinda the same as #4, but who cares. I can also play guitar for hours on end. There's been a few times where I've played guitar for 4 hours in a row. I love playing guitar!
Well thats some of the weird stuff about me. If you know me personally, you can probly think of waaay more weird stuff that I do, but I could only choose 5 things. Oh yes, I need to tag some people. I TAG: Kevin Stone, Clint Sparks, Sam St. John, Candace Woody, and Verity Woody! This means that you have to share 5 weird things about you to EVERYONE on xanga! If I did it, you guys should be able to do it too. lol.
Talk to all of you later! | | |
| Hey all you guys!
I guess you weren't lucky after all. I didn't post anything in the last month. I'm really liking these month-long incriments (i hope i spelled that right) of time before I have to post again. It doesn't put any pressure on me to let you people know whats going on in my life. You just all expect them to be this far apart and I love that. Anyways, on with my life. My band is supposed to be recording a CD right now, but our drummer has once again gotten grounded due to his irresponisble use of his mother's credit card. Answer me this: What person memorizes their parents' credit card numbers and buys things with it? I've told him many a time that whatever you buy with that credit card is going to show up on the bills . . . but he just never learns. So we won't be officially recording until Winter break starts (Dec. 23rd. YEAH I KNOW THAT'S EXTREMELY LATE!!) How are they gonna let us out that late? Well, it's getting pretty cold out here in Cali around this time of year. Right now, its 4:45 and its only 72° outside!! Haha, all you guys in the mid-western states are probably squirming with jealousy right now, but you guys do get snow. Remember that. It can't really snow very easily when the average temperature is 70°. Anyway, I am officially getting my permit on the 28th of December. (You have to wait until 15 1/2 out here in Cali before you get your permit.) I turned 15 1/2 on December 4th so I won't be too behind schedule. I just couldn't schedule any appointments at the DMV before then so after December 28th . . . . MASON WILL RULE THE ROAD! Actually, contrary to popular belief, I can drive just fine. Well, Happy New Year to all, because I won't be posting anytime before then. lol. Peace out.
