Many Random Highlights from my trips this summeR!So, I'm back in Texas!!! Everything, everyone, and everywhere (KS, SD, and AZ) was oh so wonderful to me!!!
Many random highlights:
KS:
1. Airplane delays, and then, car delays - Stuck at the airport due to car troubles  and using my health insurance for the benefit of fixing the vehicle and my first time playing LIFE and my first time hearing the legend of kissing trees and my first time testing the legend out.
2. Worlds of Fun, which got rained out, but oh the fun and reminiscing and redoing of jumping in puddles, riding the carasel and cotton candy, Neva vs. Jessica's driving, and the difficulty of finding the pizza place (maybe called Street Pizza, I can't remember)
3. Late night movies with Neva
4. Picnic, pillow fight and water twister with practically everyone at Nick and Neva's
5. The mall and splitting up into many groups and trying to find everyone again, a.k.a. Practical Jokes!
6. My First Midnight Movie: Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest with TONS of totally cool people
7. 4th of July with the Hill's and Vicky's "91" Birthday!
8. Lansing's Fire Work Show = Amazing
9. My Come Back with Edwin........I never did find it......
10. Randomly and coincedentally driving right past Mizzy Mizark on some random road and calling just to make sure it was him! It was.
11. Texas Sized (Everything's Bigger in Texas.....) Breakfast that could've killed all diabetics and Bullriding for Breakfast!
12. Lisa's family get together and swimming and volleyball games! Oh so fun! I hadn't played volleyball in forever! I love and miss that game!
13. Listening to old tv show theme songs from back in the day when we were in our younger years....Some examples so you can all think back and smile: The Original Power Rangers, Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Smurfs, Captain Planet, and such *sigh* Good times.
SD:
1. Foss Family Reunion at the Lake filled with a campfire and s'mores and a water trampoline and a launch (blob) and karaoke and tubing and I FINALLY LEARNED TO SKI! It only took me three years! But I'm excited! I want more practice now!
2. Practiced Playing Pool at my in-town grandparents' house.
3. Walked the Nature Trail, sat on the Sitting Rock, and did lots of Rock Hopping
4. Learned how to play and played Texas Hold 'Em for the FIRST Time!
5. Shot off Fireworks with my cousins
6. Ate Cheeseballs!
7. Went to my cousin's wedding reception.
8. Played make-up with my little cousins.
AZ:
1. Went to Chrysalis - Super Cool
2. went on many walks and enjoyed seeing mountains for a change and the very distict, sweet smell of AZ/Desert
3. Ate ice cream, from a really cool dish that I got to keep! Super excited about that one!
4. Met up with old friends and hung out.
5. Unexpectedly was asked and I agreed and did give the sermon at the Wednesday night service at my old church.
6. Went to see the movie, "You, Me, and Dupree" which I surprisingly, really did like, with friends that I had a lot of fun reconnecting with
7. Went to the Reid Zoo in Tucson and loved it! I fed Giraffs!
8. Played at a game place and hung out at a mall and played pool, capture the flag and hide-and-go-seek, with a base, with my cousins!
