So I lost 4lbs!! Yeah for me that means im at 137 UGH. hopefully 130 by Feb. Man im doing fairly well, but i can be doing better

Okay ladies after having the best day on friday. On Saturday I went over my best friends house hungry!! I had not eaten anything that day and my dad was rushing me to get my stuff. So Okay I go over there and we eat chicken w/fattning skin, then go to the movies & I have nachos!, Okay so I wake up today thinking im just going to go home and eat healthy, well i ended up eating baked chips, soup,ice cream,licorice! I have no will power,but i told my self every three days so im just going to start back over w/the three days today and try to learn from this misshap. Ladies im sorry I let you down. Oh yeah and I have not exercised since Thrusday, but tonight im going to hit the treadmill for some major pay back!

Todays Intake was not as good because I'm trying this new thing where every 3 days I can eat something unhealthy. So here is todays intake. I have this girl in  my classes who I am friends with who makes me wanna try even harder. I like the motivation she gives me, but I have ana tendencies at times and she could cause me to go overboard. I also don't like eating sugar free candy I feel like im eating something that I should not be because it still tastes good.

B:3hard boiled egg whites

L: salad (no dressing) 2 crackers crystal light

S:sugar free candy,pistacios,reeses pieces(the bad thing) 100 calorie pack

D: I'm not sure if im going to eat it just yet TBA
