I'm sitting on the large cutting board at work, staring at the objects and things I've grown so used to seeing that it sickens me with the familiarity. And then I realize that as I'm looking over it my eyes always come back to the same place, the oblong rubbermaid container that I love so much. It seems so weird to love that container, its tinted with dirt and just icky-ness from over time..but it gives me that pretty little paycheck EVERY week. The depressing part comes when one little mistake costs me over 9 of those yummy pieces of paper. Absolutely depressing. Im lucky I don't total up the hours I worked, i might shoot myself!
On the lighter side of things, I am back to my usual self, I will hopefully getting the car back on wednesday or so..I literally cant wait, this is killing me! Not only that but I think I have lost my wallet which contains my driver's license..damn my luck. I also have a killer sunburn from going out on the river today, jet skiing and tubing..i should have worn more sunscreen.
I went to a show tonight with Jovana, it was pretty cool because there was this one kick ass band there called The AKA's..they are from NYC..they rocked..no lie..they had a girl playing keyboards, an awesome lead singer, a good guitarist, and their drummer was pretty awesome too..I fell in love. Also, poorboy had a little reunion which is always fun, and it was pretty laid back..all in all it was a good night, got to talk to old acquaintances and all that..

It has been a sad two days..tuesday night I got in an accident in my car. I dont even know what happened, all I know is that I don't know what i could have done differently, i went around the corner and there the guy was slamming on his brakes, so i did the same and skidded into him. of COURSE not one scratch on his chrome bumper but my headlights are shot, my hood is crushed and useless, and I need a new support thingy for my radiator. the total comes out to 900 bucks, basically all of the money I have at the moment, on top of the fact that I cant have my car for about a week and a half to two weeks. So here I go bumming for rides again seeing as my parents also only have one car for themselves so I can't borrow that. argh...im a lot better now than I was on the night it happened and the day after, now I have just accepted it and am just sulky about all of my money going down the tubes. I just need to stop thinking about it. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
if anyone is generous and wouldnt mind giving me a ride to work every once in a while I would be extremely grateful and make it up to you somehow..look at how pathetic i sound!
oh well, on the bright side of things i did a lot better on my SATS and yeah i just sat here for like 5 minutes thinking of other good news and i cant so ill give up! either way i hope everyone else is having a nice week and stuff..give me a call if you need me | | |

My mom went to the hospital today She was trying to fix a window and it popped and broke so a few pieces went into her thigh, she is alright now, she just cant sit properly...I hope she feels better soon!!
I haven't updated in a while soooo this might be long..
I have an official new friend and we both agree that we have been waiting for a friend like each other in a long time..its kinda relieving..shes the coolest person I think I have ever met! And that's saying a lot.
Tuesday we (Erica & I) went to visit Sarah, an old friend, in York at her college..it was SO much fun! We got to meet some cool people and sarah also let me drive her eclipse (awesome ride, especially compared to MY car..haha) It was a lot of fun though and I can't wait to go up and visit again.
Last night I had to work and it was the worst ever because not only was it scorching hot in the kitchen, but it seems that everyone in Newport, New Bloomfield, AND Millerstown wanted pizza. We were busy nonstop the entire time and by the time I was supposed to get off it was still too busy to leave so I put in some non-paid O.T...also known as the DEVIL!!!!! Either way, after I finally got off I went to Micheles and got her and Ashley then went to a show..it was fun.
Tonight I'm supposed to be going to someones house but they havent called me yet so I dont know what's happening, i hate that though, because i need to know in advance what im doing, it kills me when i dont..
Also some bad news, my parents therapist, "Doris" called and scheduled an appointment (this means that there are problems again) I kinda figured that because they have been REALLY touchy lately..why can't they just shut the hell up and be happy. They were doing SO WELL!! I love them both and I dont like to see them angry or hurt and yet they keep doing it to each other..I dont know if it will ever end.
Alright so its about 130 in the afternoon and I have NOTHING to do.. but I shouldnt use that as an excuse to keep rambling so I won't.. have a great weekend people, oh and hopefully I will see a lot of you at Rudy's party..bye bye | | |

Summer Correspondance here I come.
Yesterday was probably one of the most interesting days I have had for a long time. Let's start from the top
1. I go to Jovana's and pick her up (got a little confused on the way but I made it)
2. Jovana and I go to the Indian restaurant
3. we then go to the Midtown Cinema and realize we are there way too early, so we decide to hang out at the mall
4. On the way to the mall I get us very lost because I didnt pay attention to the exit signs and I end up on 81 South heading god knows where
5. I turn around and head back towards Front Street, become flighty again and MISS the Front Street exit..by now I dont even remember WHERE we went but somehow I ended up on Cameron Street.
6. I am lost, so we pull into a gas station and I get directions..when i go to get in the car I realize i had locked my keys in!
7. I go inside and am advised to call the "Pop a Lock" guy. and I do this..so he says "I'm heading that way anyway so I will stop by and help you out"
8. some construction guys come to our rescue and pop the lock themselves, I tell the gas station attendant and she says she will tell the pop a lock guy that we figured it out. (as i am leaving i also go over the curb in frustration)
9. we go to the movie, good good movie (nowhere in africa)
10. I take Jovana home and then I come home to parents screaming at one another and they turn to me and say "who the hell is this POP A LOCK GUY?!"
11. Apparently he called my house and wants about 75-100 dollars because i bailed.
great huh?
Jovanas response is "I hope he accidentally locks all his pop a lock equipment in his car!"
Either way I had a lot of fun because she is definitely a cool girl.. | | |
