| I've been writing a good deal lately. no songs, just lyrics...which has
always, until recently, been very tough for me. always been the
musician, never the poet. but lately inspiration has been smacking me
right in the face and now I write whenever I can. it's actually kinda
fun. now I just need enough music to go with all the words...by the
way-totally off the subject-Scrubs is a freakin' funny show. I just got
into it. if you haven't yet, you should...it's really funny...ya know,
it's just late enough that it took me till now to realize this entry is
very boring. long day. time for bed. hopefully, better tomorrow's
attempt will be.

| so I went Christmas caroling tonight. the four of us in my house and some other friends went around to the homes of people from our church and sang for them. I must say their reactions were hilarious! we're making this our annual Christmas tradition. so here's a tip for all you Xanga kids: if you wanna be remembered this Christmas, don't be afraid to make a fool of yourself. sure there may be the occasional awkward pause or door slammed in your face, but when all is said and done, you will not be forgotten...I guess the same can be said for rolling a person's house...but at least this way, the only revenge they could have on you would be their terrible singing voice, which is a lot better than cleaning up toilet paper...although I have heard some dog-ugly voices...anyway...good times.
