This post is to announce my new
blog... Conscientious Contemplation... a journal of thoughts, if you
will, through which I seek to discipline myself to both contemplate the
many things I observe and then to write my thoughts down. Due to this
approach, the blog will cover a myriad of different topics. It will not
be a journal of my emotional state or be primarily focused with the
events of my personal life (like this one predominately was), but
rather, each post will cover a certain specific topic/s (whether it be
a book, news article, or world event) and analyze it from a Christian
worldview. Theology, apologetics, philosophy, science, law, politics,
culture... All will likely be included. Hopefully, as time progresses, the
purpose of the blog will become even more clear... But for now, let it
suffice to say that I would appreciate all of your feedback and
support. I know at least a few of you already host/write blogs of a
similar nature and purpose, and I would love it if others would join us
as well. It is my hope that we would be able to network and draw from
one another in such a way as to firmly cement our existence in the
online community as sources for objective Christian truth on a plethora
of topics. I pray that we might make our presence felt in the online
blog community, not only as a group of godly young people, but as a
reliable source of information to those far beyond our personal group
of acquaintances. None of of us, with our limited schedules and busy
lives, can be more than a drop in the ocean-sized bucket of the
internet community on our own... But together, unified in Christ and
through His grace, I believe we can fill a gap that needs to be
