Moving home

To the five of you subscribed to this, I am planning on moving back to the good ol' Mound Valley at the end of this month. I'm kind of sick nerveous but I believe that God has told me to do this. I'm trying not to second guess or doubt, so I'm just going to pray for more confirmation. Its alot of waiting and getting things in order before I move. I don't have a job yet down there, I'm just moving, so there it is.

hmm

So sometimes I can't even begin to comprehend how much Christ can actually do for us. You know theres a lot more we don't see that is happening in our lives and others. I hope I can learn to pay more attention to what is going on in the spiritual realm and I hope other people will learn how easy it is to be set free from stuff that they just can't seem to shake. God is good, very good.

Also, I want closer relationships. Yeah, and I think God has enabled me to get closer relationships, because He wants one with me too. Sweet Jesus!

Finally, just a few more weddings and wedding showers and I'm done until someone else gets engaged or at least my brother decides they're going to make good on that whole getting engaged thing. that sounded confusing, whatever.

Passion and crackers

Today my friends and I started watching the Passion of the Christ, I ate some crackers with jalapeno jelly and cream cheese and some pizza. I then left rather quickly, realizing that I did not want to see Christ scourged and murderd today. Some days you just can't watch it again, or bear to see it. I know what He did for me and is still doing. I love Jesus, thats why I couldn't watch again.

Oh Lord how good You are!

So to all you who want the world to know Jesus, I recommend Kurt Cameron and Ray Comfort's program Way of the Master. It is amazing. Also, I have this theory that fulfilling your calling feels just as good as falling in love. That may tell you a little bit of how joyous and excited I am in just thinking about helping ministries serve God!! Oh my heart! Maybe its just those of us who are highly exciteable and emotionally driven at times, but I am loving it!! I can hardly wait to be out there fearlessly proclaiming unwavering uncompromising pursuit of what God wants and who Jesus wants His people to be!!!!! I love JESUS and I just want to say that I want to scream His name from roof tops. (Matt 10:27 "Whatever I tell you,in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, prech on the housetops.") Let me tell you that when you go up to the front of the church asking for boldness and more of the Holy Spirit, yeah He gives it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe this inexpressible joy is the Holy Spirit, this "falling in love" feeling is for Jesus Himself. Oh that I may fall for Him day after day, further and further. (I am my beloved's, And his desire is toward me. Song of Sol. 7:8, Many waters cannot quench love, Nor can the floods drown it. If a man would give for love all the wealth of his house it wold be utterly despised. Song of Sol.8:7)

My pastor spoke last Sunday that at the beginning of Song of Solomon, the bride wanted only to be with her lover in the bedchamber, all for herself. Towards the end of the book, she went out with him to his garden, to his people. Thats where she felt like she was on chariots, where she was selfless and where she grew even more intimate with him.

Hospitality

So, if you are a subscriber or are just randomly reading this, please comment. I want to know how you all are. I have been recently inspired to reach out to the people around me and love them. I want to do this by asking how you are and really meaning for it to be more than just, "Oh I'm pretty good. You know." So, if you could humor me, I really want the Christian community (church, body of Christ) and just plain community to be connected, to be hospitable and caring for one another. When I have a home, I hope to invite my friends over for some delicious food, good talk, and fun games. Whether or not you all will eat what I call delicious is another topic.

I love you in Christ. I want to be full of justice, love, faith, hope, and hospitality. May God draw you to Him.

Love, Amy
