fresh start, new xanga.

am i the only one that found it absolutely hilarious that someone would spend soo much time leaving like, 200 comments saying the same damn thing over and over again on my previous post? too bad i dont even have her interests. if she would take the time (that she wasted posting all those comments) to even bother to read them, she would realize that half of those are completely different than hers. besides, i got the idea from some other girl on xanga, not her. ooohhh well. some people will never learn.

lunch-3 slices of pumpernikel rye bread with butter and honey, 2 small cupcakes, fat free frozen yogurt with chocolate sprinkles, small salad with ham

dinner-small salad with ham, 1 slice of jewish rye bread, small bowl of bran flakes with rice dream

snack-1/2 bagel, few crackers and strawberry jam

i ate waaaay too much today.

whew its been a long day. tomorrow, NO FOOD. i seriously need somebody to be like hey for $20 dont eat today. id lose weight like no other.

so i discovered today that the whole fat-burning process requires large amounts of oxygen being inhaled and when you are running you cant inhale as much and you therefore burn alot of calories but it doesnt really burn off fat. however fast-paced walking burns the most fat because you are breathing alot. also, you burn the most fat when you are walking fast enough to the point where your heartbeat is 75% of your maximum heart rate. for most people, this is about 27 beats every 10 seconds. i found this to be very helpful.
