well, today i saw my friend who hadn't seen me in like 4 1/2 months or so and he was like "u lost a lot of weight" and i was like "Oh i guess" and he's just like "u look good"...at first i was happy bc someone noticed but then i started to get sad cuz that just means he thought i was nasty looking at 135 and imagine what ppl thought when i was at 152 omg don't want to even imagine...but that just motivated me more so i guess i should thank him, huh!?!

intake:// 1/4 granola bar (63) popsicle (50) some type of candy (60) = 173

BTW i'll comment tomorrow cuz i need to get to sleep so i can wake up early n study for my math final :(
