__________ Entertainment is a company focused on pushing the Christian music scene to a higher level. We represent our bands with a Christ-like attitude and presence. Our goal is to gain exposure for our bands, present them to the right audiences, and eventually guide them to a recording contract offer with a major company.
Our services include, but are to limited to:
- Management
- Booking
- Photography (Promotional and live)
- Design
- and Promotion
If seeking management, booking will be provided as part of the contract. Booking may be done separately as well. Photography and design is offered separately. Promotion is free for any band who signs a contract for management and/or booking. Management is not available without booking.
The individuals that make up ______________ Entertainment’s design and photography teams have set their own prices (see Services Descriptions for more details). Prices for management and booking are as follows:
- Management and booking package:
- 20% of company booked shows and merch sales. - 5% of artist booked shows and merch sales.
- Booking separately:
- 20% of company booked shows.
The extra percentage on the package is for management services. For a detailed list of management responsibilities, see the Services Descriptions section.
_________________ Entertainment is committed to protecting bands’ legal rights and does this through legal contracts with venues, the company, and any other offers that have guarantees (appearances, interviews, etc.).
After termination of contracts between bands and employees of ____________ Entertainment, employees are freed to enter into another contract with any band who has not signed any other legal contract with ___________ Entertainment or another agency for similar services.

* To determine prices, research going prices for similar services in your area. Adjust this price by your talent, experience, education, and equipment/programs.
** Be creative with your portfolios. They will be presented to bands so, make an impression!
Services Descriptions
Management:
(Managers will only be allowed one band at any given time to avoid a conflict of interest. They and the band will make a mutual decision on the manager. Management contract have a duration of 90 days.)
Responsibilities:
- Consult bands on changes, additions, and other professional decisions.
- Protect the band from scammers or cheaters by use of contract exchange.
- Keep records and books to ensure the most efficient use of band funds.
- Travel to shows to sell merch and keep records.
- Order and obtain merchandise.
- Network for the band as well as promote and advertise for them whenever
possible.
- Expose the band in all profitable places.
- Put together press kits and deliver them to record labels, radio stations, venues,
and clothing companies.
- Work hard to procure endorsements for the band.
- Book shows and tours.
- Help band reach full potential.
- Find and procure opportunities to play with signed bands.
- Make the most of the band’s monetary fund.
- and much more.
Booking: (Booking agents will only be allowed once band at any given time to avoid a conflict of interest. Booking contracts have a duration of 21 days.) Responsibilities:
- Devote as much time as possible (but no less than 21 hours during contract duration) booking shows for the band though email or call exchange.
Photography: (Photographers are allowed as much business as they want, provided they always make clients aware of the time it will take them to finish their product.) Photographers on our team will detail their services and prices in prepared portfolios that will be available for bands to view through ____________ Entertainment. Prices and services will vary, but promotional shoots and live photography will always be available.
Design: (Designers are allowed as much business as they want, provided they always make clients aware of the time it will take them to finish their product.) Designers on our team will detail their services and prices in a prepared portfolio that will be available for bands to view through ____________ Entertainment. Prices and services will vary, but designers for merch, logos, and promotional material will always be available.
Promotion: Promoters are a free service to bands who sign contracts for management and/or booking with ___________ Entertainment for the duration of the contract. They are volunteers planted in different schools, companies and communities in SC. They will design and distribute flyers and material for shows in their area in their schools, companies, and communities.

Terms of Employment
________________ Entertainment’s employees (excluding promoters) are expected to uphold the company’s moral code, which is: 1) Maintenance of a Christ-like attitude and lifestyle. 2) Refrain from illegal drugs including prescription drugs obtained illegally. 3) Drunkenness will not be tolerated by any employee in public. 4) At shows, representatives of ______________ Entertainment will follow the above stated moral requirements as well as avoid using abusive language and no display of any form of sexual immorality (as Biblically defined). They are to represent Christ and ____________ Entertainment to their fullest capacity.
