It's been a verrrry busy few months...let me try to sum up the rest of last semester before i start updating my readers on my life...
Well...things seems to get a little rocky with the roomate and I. I don't really know why. Perhaps I spent too much time in the room and all he wanted was to be alone with his girlfriend. Honestly, they were kind of making me feel a tad bit uncomfortable because they were always either a) napping together b) cuddling and c) "not having sex". But, he ended up moving out and became an RA in a different hall. I miss him terribly. He is the gayest straight man I know and not to mention HOT.
After quitting a cappella, which was inevitable due to the fact that I hated a majority of the members and didn't agree with ANY of the business tactics they were using. So, now I have a shitload of enemies, which is fine with me..they suck ass. I stepped up though and attended their end of the semester concert with my fellow alumni (Freddy, Sean, JR, Bethany). I was pleased that I left because they were not impressive at all. They only learned two new songs the whole semester. BAH!
After a very challenging semester, I was somewhat pleased with the outcome of my GPA. Considering my classes were a pain in the ass and somewhat uninteresting...I ended up with a 3.25, which isn't my best, but I didn't care much.
During break I celebrated my 21st birthday, which was amazing!! All my friends from home and my dear friend Melissa from school joined me by meeting up at Lux on Long Island to celebrate the milestone. We had a good time dancing and all. After days later, on Christmas Day, my parents and I went to Las Vegas. It was pretty cool, but after a couple days I got kinda tired of gambling and throwing money away. Also, I got sick of eating at buffets. The highlight of the trip was seeing CELINE on new years eve!! It was a dream come true!! I admit it, I cried a little. We went live on CNN which was broadcasted in Times Square. It was cool, Celine tried to get us all pumped up!! I loved it.!! The next day we flew out to Tucson, AZ to visit my brother and sister-in-law. The desert and I do NOT go together. After a few days of family bonding...it was back to wintery New York. Spent the rest of my vacation with the crew seeing every movie out and going to the Cali diner countless times. It was a lot of fun...but it kinda was too long. All the other schools went back before my school did. So, I spent the last week cleaning my room so we can sell the goddamn house.
So, new semester and new roomate. A gay one at that...and his name is mark too. We'll see how this unravels as the semester progresses....classes are pretty interesting...4 out of 5 are media and communication.
