hey hey,
well a week ago today we got back from the tour. It's kind of sad to think that it is all over. So much preparation, effort, and time was put into that trip. All the guys are getting back to their jobs and getting ready for school soon. But it's not over yet.
Saturday we had the opportunity to minister at the "City Wide Worship" in St. Charles. It was fun, we were outdoors, it's was nice and cool that day, and we again got yelled at by the cops to turn down the volume. It seems that whenever Authentic plays outside we always get the cops called on us.....oh well, I guess even policemen need to hear about Jesus. But besides that we had a blast. It was not to big of a crowd but we rocked out anyway. It was cool because after us a gospel choir from Chicago was there and they brought the house down.....well....it was outside so I guess that would be clouds down....but still it was a pretty diverse crowd there.
So keep checking the site because in a couple weeks we'll be playing at the Coffee Beanery again and also heart&soul. We'll post those dates when they are confirmed.
Well that's all for now.
I'll Let you know news when there is any.
peace out,
Eric

WOW!!! WOW!!! and did i say !!!WOW!!!(that was in spanish) WE did get home monday night and us guys persevered (that is how you spell it eric) through it all.  God totally rocked us this trip and we are just incredibly changed and ready for what God has for authentic in the future.  God taught us to dream big dreams through this tour.  He taught us to dream big impossible dreams because the truth is, as Phil 4:13 says, i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Nothing is impossible for God.  I will never forget this tour.  I have my walking stick from Yosemite (not yellowstone) to remember it.  Others have their own ways to remember the tour as well .  I wanted to thanks everyone for their support.  WOW God has big plans for authentic and we dont know what those plans are but we are ready for the ride of our lives.  We have dreams and such but the true dream is to be with JEsus and if we dont accomplish the dreams we have here on Earth, that is okay, because we will accomplish one day the true dream of our hearts and that is to be with our King in Heaven.  The satisfaction we have is the journey or the quest we are on to get to those dreams and that is where we feel God is proud of us when we try our hearts out to follow those dreams he has put in us.  Thanks again for your prayers.

SHOUTOUTS:

MOM and DAD: I LOVE you and by being who you are, you have only shaped who i will be and who God wants me to be. Thanks for reflecting Gods glory to me.

Adrian and Alexis: You too have way more potential than i will ever have and lots of people will have to rock your world for Jesus and steal back what the enemy has stole from you.  May your lives be kingdom oriented.  Alexis being on tour with you has been another dream COME TRUE!!

PASTOR STEVE: WOW man you are my hero. Not because of your accomplishments or our good talks even.  But you are my best friend because you have forgiven me over and over again in my life when i wasnt serious for God.  you have been a great friend and Pastor and i am priveleged to be apart of your life and ministry. im not going anywhere man.

AUTHENTIC: I LOVE YOU FOOLs.  GOds got big plans for us all.

NXT: I LOVE YOU!!!!!!

So Justin and I are sitting in the coffee beanery on rt. 59 in Naperville, IL. WE ARE HOME!! We got in late monday night. We had our final service in Wilmington, OH. on sunday and it was awesome. We played in this sweet venue, that was a coffee shop/youth room. It was pretty tight. But God showed up and did some awesome things in the lives of the kids there. The cool thing about this service was that it was a community youth gathering. There was 2 non-denominational churches, 1 A/G, and 1 methodist youth group there. It was cool to see how this kids didn't care what church they came from they were here to worship and find God!!!
Later that night we went over to Pastor Josh's friend that's a girl :0) house to eat. Then we went out side and shot off a bunch of fireworks and still have so so so many left over!! Then we sat around and jammed on our acoustic guitars while justin and Pastor Josh had a little "drum circle". They were rockin out on a jimbay ( I think thats how you spell it) It was pretty awesome.
We left monday around 1 pm to come back to IL. after we ate at Golden Star Chili, it left me and alexis a little painful in the mid-section but we perserved!!
And now we are home, and this saturday we are playing at a city wide outreach at the IHOP (International house of prayer) in st. charles. We are excited to play there.
Keep us in your prayers as we now start to plan on going in the studio. We have a lot to do before then so keep praying for us and hopefully we will all see you soon.

keep it real.
stay true.
and stay away from the apricots and the chili.

Hey guys.  We haven't had internet access for a long time now.  We're in Modesto, CA right now.  I get to see my parents for a couple of days.  We did a service in Sac town on Wednesday night and we have a service tonight (Friday).  After that we have one more service and then the tour is over.  I can't believe it's almost over.  It's amazing how much God has done in my life in just a few weeks.  I was looking at myself in a family picture that we took here in California about two months ago and that person that I saw seemed foreign to me.  He wasn't the same person that I am today.  God has taught how faithful He is.  He will never let us down.  1 Peter 4:19.  I also need to make a public apolegy(however you spell that) to Dave for laughing hystaricaly as he was bleeding profusely on stage in Sac town.  I'm glad he's o.k. and I hope that it does leave a huge scar.  Chicks dig scars though.  Thanks to everyone who has supported us financially, prayerfully, and through encouragement.  May God continue what He started in our lives and the churches that He moved in.

justin

P.S.  It was pretty funny, though.
