Roll back

So window XP has this cool "feature" in which when you tried to uninstall Window Media Player 11 it roll back your entire operating system + ALL YOUR FILES to the date in which the OS was install which is a year worth of DATA and setting gone. Luckily I have raid-1 mirror so i was able to recover the precious files! but all the setting and installed application are gone to the microsoft no man land.

It is not such a good time to have the computer roll back and bring all the memories and setting of a year ago dang it stupid computer

Better in Time

It's been the longest winter without you
I didn't know where to turn to
See somehow I can't forget you
After all that we've been through

Going coming thought I heard a knock
Who's there no one
Thinking that I deserve it
Now I realise that I really didn't know
If you didn't notice you mean everything
Quickly I'm learning to love again
All I know is I'm gon' be ok

[Chorus:]
Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you
I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time

I couldn't turn on the TV
Without something there to remaind me
Was it all that easy
To just put aside your feelings

If I'm dreaming don't wanna laugh
Hurt my feelings but that's the path
I believe in
And I know that time will heal it
If you didn't notice boy you meant everything
Quickly I'm learning to love again
All I know is I'm gon' be ok

[Chorus:]
Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you
I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time

Since there's no more you and me
It's time I let you go
So I can be free
And live my life how it should be
No matter how hard it is I'll be fine without you
Yes I will

[Chorus: X2]
Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you
I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time

Falling: the economy? or something else or everything. It is the fourth turning

You know when you fell and scratched yourself, you can feel the stinging pain immediately but it would soon heal fast. But when you fell really bad, at first you don't even feel the pain for a while. And when the pain hit you, it hurts deep and it hurts for a long time.

I remember when I was 7 running late to class, I tripped on an uneven pavement and hit the right side of my forehead on an edge of a brick wall. I felt no pain, stood up walking into class and felt stupid for tripping. The entire class was screaming at me and pointing at the stream of blood pouring from my torn blood vessels. My white uniform shirt was soaked in red by the time I got to the hospital on a motorcycle (given that this was in Vietnam and the hospital is half a mile away). The doctor gave me 7 stitches and for the entire time I felt really not much pain. But I still remember the aching headache and dizziness for days following the accident. It is amazing how our body can delay pain to keep us strong during the crisis, and how weak we can be during the recovery.

And as for the economy and everything else, you probably already know. It is only the begining and only a few people are feeling the pain now. But the real aching is coming soon and it isn't going to be pleasant. So watch your stock on pain killer.
