Well the poker tournament turned to shit, big time. We had a good turn out of people, 18 of us.. winner got $220, which was Adam Thorson, with Gabe Crall getting second, and then Chris Devine and Brenden Boothe following after.  I got eliminated before the final table on an A-K vs. Q-7 suited.. Gabe's bitchazz hit a set of Queens on the flop, then a 7 on the turn.. lucky biitch.  But yeaa, the night after, me, devine and chris went to the fair.  LoL, that was so good ass shit.. we met up with catie and stormi f/ Indianola and then Pat, Dustin, MPK and Mindi showed up a little alter on. Then the next night i went to a Roosevelt/Lincoln party with MPK.. it was a susan's house and i knew most of th epeople there, i had a good time--we ended th enight with a late-night run to Hardees. 

Then last night came and me, MPK, and Devine drove up here to Iowa City to help me move in.  We got here at around 9:45 p.m. or so, and we just moved in my TV, pillows and some clothes cuz it was so late, we wanted to meet up with Alex, Mindi, Ash and Mere over at Alex's apartment so we could get drunk. So after that we found a parkin spot in the neighborhood about a mile away f/ my dorm to park my van, and mpk took us to alex's in his car.  The night was fun, we played beer-checkers and chin-master, got pretty trashed.. then me and Chris left at like 2:30 to walk mindi back to Hillcrest and so we could stop at Panchero's.  But it was effin closed, so we stopped at Jimmy John's Sandwiches and started walkin home from there.. ALL the way back to my dorm at Mayflower--which is about 2-3 miles away.  We got to about Clinton & Jefferson, about 2 blocks f/ Jimmy John's and we called it quits, Chris called up a taxi and we spent 5 bucks on the ride.. got back at around 3:30 and jammed on FIFA all night.. then about 4 o'clock comes around, and MPK calls and says that him and Meredith are walking home from alex's apartment still, and that they were lost.  I was too tired or drunk to do ne thing about it tho, lol. They eventually got home.. i think it was like 5 when mpk calld me back?  O well, IC effin rocks, its rush week so all over downtown you see these scandalous girls walkin around in skirts.. wow.  I'm comin back tomorrow to get the rest of my stuff, and i gotta pick up my dad f/ Davenport and give him a ride home.  Call me up if ne one wants to hang out that day.. L8z

Ahh, kinda tired tonight, came home early after a night of bowling.  I got my highest score EVER, 209 and won 7 bucks.. we bet a dollar on games, winner takes all. Mopped that shit. Speaking of moppin up shiiet.. forgot to tell you all about my mad pokre skillz on Monday.  Russell had a big pokre tourney at his place, there were like 15 of us? I can't quite remember, but there were two tables, $20 buy-in. I worked the first table and got to the final table with like 7000 chips almost, and won it all against Fairfax after like 4 or 5 hours of playing.  It was friggin fun.. i won $140 bucks.

Since most of us are leaving for college in the next couple of weeks, I'm having my own poker tournament at my place this Sunday.  It's gonna be $20 buy-in, 18-20 players, two tables again.. winner takes $200-$220. It should be a good time, I'm having some of the older guys who graduated last year, with boys AND girls in my grade and a few of the younger kids to play.  Parents are kinda pissed that I kinda jus threw it on them at the last minute, but oh well.  I gotta work tomorrow (or later today since it's like 1:30 a.m.), then I'm gonna practice with the Laotian soccer team cuz they asked me to play in a soccer tourney with them on Saturday, then Andrea's havin a bon voyage party for the '05 Ninjas and Ladies before we all leave for college.  Damn time flew by fast, I can't believe we're outta here so quick.  Well, peace out 'n be eazyy..

Went out with jake, devine and some girls last night, went to the club.  Me and jake were gonna roll but we couldnt fin dourselves any, so we drank a shit load of Phillips vodka instead.. probably too much--DEFINITELY too much, i've been pukin all morning and i think last night too.  I recommend not eating any McChickens with soggy lettuce/buns no matter how effin hungry you get or bad of a case of munchies you have... you'll puke it up, guaranteed. Then jake the asshole puts a mcchicken next to me and i wake up in the middle of the night at chris' and run to the bathroom to puke, i cant stand the smell of those anymore.  Ahh maan i cant even eat today, friggin sick.

Crazy last few weeks... not really sure where to start tho.  One weekend I was out with JTA, stephens, TP, erickson and corey at this house party. The kid's name was Jared, and i guess we knew a lot of the same people from Iowa City and shit. We hit it off aright and the party was pretty tight.  Corey kept taking "project" beer bongs--they had shit in it like vodka, beer, red bull, lemon juice, shrimp sauce, kool-aid powder, raw eggs, ketchup, pineapple juice and all sorts of crap.  The kid took it like a champ! After the party me, jta, stephens and erickson were on our way to the club, and jus as we were about to jump in the car people were getting all hasty in the driveway so we went to check things out. People were pissed at eachother and stephens and corey were gonna beat this guy's ass but as people were breaking up the fight the kid went after Corey and stabbed him. So everyone ran and corey got taken to methodist and when me, jta, stephens and erickson were on our way to the hospital a motorcycle almost takes out jordan's car door and jus about runs over erickson. 

Then a fwe days later we all went to Statik and afterwards stephens beat the shit out of this kid named lonnie cuz he jumped in to protect one of his shit-talkin friends... then the cops came and we all scrambled. I cant remember much of the night cuz i passed out.. whatever.

And of course as everyone knows we won state in softball, rock on. I rolled with JTA, weis and TP... it was a good time seeing as how we drank on the way up.  Started drinkin at like 2.. showed up to the game at 6.. left the game at 9 already with a hangover--is that possible? I didnt think it was until i had a hugeass headache.. we were all hurtin.

Ehhh i leave for Iowa City in about two weeks, pretty stoked for that.  I gotta go out and buy some shit for my dorm tho. Oh yeah, and JTA left for California today too.. wish that pimp good luck.  I'll be out there son homes.

So i work at my parents' grocery store.  Not too shabby really, there are some pretty cool people that come in on a regular basis, and the occasional hot latino/asian girls that come in--me and this mexican guy, Roberto, that works for us are always scopin out the "mama-sitas" .  But yeah, its got its downsides too.. the morning hours can be kinda slow, with nothin but old people coming in to try to get a bargain on vegetables and what not. What else is ther eto do when you get bored?... I know! We eat.  And ne one who knows me knows that I eat A LOT. And what better place to work than a friggin grocery store. Since my parents own the place, i pretty much have at whatever it is i want, and i'm pretty positive that if we were to bet $500 on whether or not i've tried everything in this store, I'd win. I honestly eat non-stop...when i walk down an aisle to get somethin to eat, something else catches my eye and i say to myself, "hey, i think i'll try that after i finish eating this" and it goes on and on... O well.

Last night sh!t wasn't goin down, so i jus stayed at home and watched some of the movies that my mom rented the night before.  One of 'em was called Bride & Prejudice.  Good movie 'bout defeating stereotypes and accepting diversity.  It's about India and its traditions.. the main character was gorgeous--she had that dark tan skin with real light hazel eyes.. gosh damn that drives me wild, lol. 

The other day I got an e-mail from one of my old friends that i used to model/act with at Avant Studios. Her mom was actually my acting coach and she still does that type of stuff around the midwest I guess.  Ne wayz, her mom got a call from a director out in California who's filming "The Fast & The Furious 3: Tokyo," and apparently they're doing a casting call and looking particularly for minority actors--so yeah, if you havent noticed from my pics, I barely made the cut, lol.  Well yea, her mom said that I'd have a good chance at getting one of the many supporting roles and that I should jus give it a shot.  So today after i get outta work ima stop by my friend's place and pick up her camera so i can send in a tape, i mean, what do i have to lose?  Wish me luck homies!
