fast is going great so far! i've haven't had any food for the past 23 hours & i'm planning on going for another 27 hours. i'm not even hungry right now, which is good.

today i ran a mile & a half in gym. it was so freaking hot outside! i was like dying, even more than i would have because i hadn't eaten anything all day. so it was disgustingly hot, but i'm so glad we ran today. i need to be doing lots of exercise! i've been slacking in that department lately.

alright, well i think this is all for today's entry. might update later, but i've got tons of homework & i have to go out tonight to get a red shirt for tomorrow. keep up the good work ladies! i'm so proud of all of you <33
