First, thanks for all the wonderful bday wishes and especially to my very close friends who called me.    And I do love orchids and sunflowers.  They are very cheerful flowers - big and open!

Ok, yesterday I forgot to post a new entry...you can call it bday slump.  =P  BTW, yesterday I got a strawberry shortcake cake from my team and client.  I was so touched as this is not something typical when you're a consultant.

Anyhow, no today's question is not what is your favorite cake..hehe.  Nope, today's question is which is the best eyeliner/ eyeshadow/ mascara and why? - Mine is Estee Lauder More Than Mascara in Black.  This is seriously the best mascara for Asians...it really extends your lashes and makes it look like you have more.  And considering I barely have any, it helps!

I love flowers.  I could get a flower every day and be happy.  They are so cheerful.

I typically complain to Brian that I want flowers, but he doesn't like to buy me them because he thinks they're not worth it since they will die quickly.  There goes my prissiness again.  hehe. 

Anyway so today for my bday, I didn't think he would get me flowers since he's away.  But to my surprise, 1-800-Flowers arrived at my door this morning with a huge bouquet.  hehe...can't complain anymore. 

So today's question is what is your favorite flower?  Mine are pink roses (yes, more prissiness).  But my second favorite are tulips. 

This week I'm doing something new.  My brother's girlfriend and her friend call me Ms. Prissy.  They claim that the first day they met me, I said that my coat didn't match my shoes.  I don't remember saying that, but the more I think about it the more I think that I probably did say that. 

It's not that I'm prissy or anything, but I like things to match...like I don't like to wear more than 3 colors...or my favorite color is baby pink.  I just like things proper and pretty.  Still don't think that makes me prissy.

Anyhow, this week I'm going to post a new question every day asking for your favorite cosmetic/ accessory.  Ok, so today I want to know:

What is your favorite lipstick color and manufacturer and why?  - Mine is Mac's Fresh Brew.  It's a very neutral brown and it's creamy so my lips never feel  dry.

Did you go to the right college?  My friend is considering transferring to another college and this made me question whether I had choosen the right college.  Don't get me wrong, I liked Cornell a lot.  But what if I had transferred to Columbia (the college I wanted to go to, but never applied to).  I was considering transferring to UPenn my sophomore year, but didn't want to deal with making new friends again.  And I am grateful for the lifelong friends I made at Cornell.  But I still wonder how it would have been if I had transferred to Penn or Columbia. 

If you could do it again, would you choose the same college you attended?

First off, Happy New Year!  Woohoo, it's 2003 and I am definitely looking forward to it as 2002 was not such a great year. 

This Week's Insight: Have you ever heard the proverb that how you are feeling at midnight of December 31st will be how you feel the rest of the year.  Do you believe it?  I believe it to some extent.  Last year, my fiance and I were in a car alone at midnight on our way to a friend's house and last year my fiance and I spent most of the year together and by ourselves.  We weren't with our friends at midnight and last year our friends drifted somewhat. 

This year, I was jolly and full of food and alcohol at midnight.  Does that mean I'll be a glutton this coming year?  =P  What do you think?
