| Back into trainin...omg... i have been slackin off so much. i took off workin out on mai legs for 6 mths. took off workin out on upper body 2-3 mths. everybodiee sayin i got skinniee n dat i lost mai ass. no good. i lost so much weight n muscle mass. sorry girls. i know i should be happiee dat i dont have to work out to lose weight n look skinny but dats not wat i want. i want mai bodiee toned n cut. i want mai ass to da point dat its so firm i cant put on mai jeans. lol. nah forreals tho. lookin skinniee aint everything. mai bodiee is back at 26% body fat. dat is no bueno for me. mai goal = 15-20% body fat. dats gonna take alot of strict diet n workin out, includin cardio, which i hate wit a passion. mai cardio is dancin at da clubs. hee hee. it actualliee works for me. but realliee, im gettin back into mai workout. makin time for it. back to doin 2 days of upper bodiee n one day for legs. i dont wanna over do it on legs no more. i use to do twice a week on it. but it started to affect mai knees. i miss it tho. squatin 135lbs. and pressin 270lbs. yea i got some stong ass legs. ill get back up der eventualliee. jus not as fast as i want to tho. as for mai upper bod... muscles r beginnin to show again. gettin toned in arms, shoulders, back n abs. soon imma lose dat baby fat da mai 2 boiz left me. jus startin off slow n easy. min weight jus to get use to da soreness. den imma increase mai weights. soon imma have dat bodiee dat i want n love. if ne bodiee wants to come workout wit me, jus hit me up. im still workin at da 24 in copperfield. i dont train but if u wants some pointers, let me know. i gots some basics dat will help get u started on a nice toned n sexiee bodiee. alritee. im done for da nite. still buzzed but i gotta get some sleep. laterz... |

| Singlenessyup yup. i did it. i'm single again. dats ok. im gonna take some great advice from a friend of mines. gonna chill and concentrate on maiself for a while. i think ill try it out for a year or so. jus until mai i get da position as operations manager, finish skewl and get a house. den maybe ill worry bout findin someone dat will make me happie n keep me dat way. who knows... until den ill probably get me a sugar daddie. ne volunteers?? lol... |
