"For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."-Romans 8:38-39

Currently Listening
Valley of Vision - Songs for Worship Inspired By the Classic Book of Puritan Prayers
see related

By Stephen Altrogge

These lyrics accompany the song "How Deep" from the Valley of Vision album.

Lyrics

You were broken that I might be healed
You were cast off that I might draw near
You were thirsty that I might come drink
Cried out in anguish that I might sing

How deep is Your love
How high and how wide is Your mercy
How deep is Your grace
Our hearts overflow with praise
To You

You knew darkness that I might know light
Wept great tears that mine might be dried
Stripped of glory that I might be clothed
Crushed by Your Father to call me Your own

24 - Season Five
By Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Kim Raver, Jean Smart, James Morrison (II)

So I just finished season five of 24. And now I have to wait until season six comes out to watch it... why you ask? because every Monday night I have class until 9:00 and then we have dorm meeting at 9:30-10:30. So I don't get to see it EVER on real TV. O woe is me! Definately kidding. Don't worry my life is not ending because I don't get to see it.

Anyways, I'm home for spring break right now, and I must say, it is good to be home. I found out why everyone in Louisville can't drive. I heard that they don't have to take a driving test to get thier license! All they have to do is the written part. So I'm a little freaked out about driving around them. I'm serious, these ppl do NOT know how to drive.

So I really don't have ANYTHING to talk about right now so here are some pictures to look at!!

Oh yeah, we might be getting a dog this summer!!! I hope we get a husky, but mom and dad don't want one. They're CRAZY!

Okay, Bye!!

So I took this from Lynn's site:

IF YOUR LIFE WERE A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE?
So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don't lie.

This is from my iTunes:

Opening Credits: “All That I Can Do” –Bethany Dillon

Waking Up: “Overture/O Come All Ye Faithful” –Michael W. Smith

First day at School: “The Hammer Holds” –Bebo Norman

Falling in Love: “All My Praise” -Selah

Fight song: “Alas, And Did My Savior Bleed?” –Sovereign Grace Music

Breaking up: “O Worship The King” -Passion

Prom: “Jesus, Take The Wheel” –Carrie Underwood

Final Battle: “Wasted” –Carrie Underwood

Death Scene: “Enough” –Passion

Funeral Song: “Prayin’ For Daylight” –Rascal Flatts

And since not all of my songs are on iTunes I decided to do it in Windows Media Player also:

Here's an update on my life:

I'm procrastinating right now because I have to write a position paper. It's for my Role of Women in Ministry class. We have to pick a passage of Scripture that speaks directly to women, and then give the Complementarian and Egalitarian views of that Scripture. Complementarian? Egalitarian? Yeah... Big words... I hate big words. :) But it makes me feel smart when I can pronounce them. Anyways, I just don't understand why people have to make big words. Seriously though, what is the point. I think it's a conspiracy against big word challenged people. (bunny trail?) So, I thought it only had to be 6-8 pages but its really 8-10 AAH. I'm not really sure why they say 8 (-10) because everybody knows when you hit 8 pages you end the paper as quickly as possible. So they should just say 8 pages. So writing this paper will be my life for tonight and tomorrow.

Here is a kinda recent picture of Lily:

GO BUCKS!

I am coming home March 14-18, because a certain someone from JAPAN is going to be in lil' ol' West Liberty! YAY! I can't wait to see y'all!

Then on March 27th and 29th JOHN PIPER IS COMING TO SPEAK IN CHAPEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I'm getting there like an hour to an hour and a half early because I don't want to sit in the overflow like I had to with John MacArthur. Yeah, so I'm pretty pumped to hear Piper. I guess he hasn't been here for like 7 YEARS! Just incase you didn't know... 7 years is a long time. Oh, pray for him, because I guess his dad is dying. He may have already died, I'm not sure.

There, I'm done.
