Beyond Disturbing Email :oP

"Brittners, Xanga misses you!" reads not one but TWO creepy emails I just received from Xanga  Ick . . . But I guess it worked since I'm blogging so as not to get another email saying, "We've really missed reading your blog. We've been taking care of all your weblogs, photos, and other posts for you.  Sign back in to relive the memories . . ."

Happy St. Nicholas Day!

Did you check YOUR slipper this morning? St. Nick may have come already!

"St. Nick" and his helper "Black Peter" leaving a little present for their Auntie Beth:

What I found in my slipper :o)

And I ask: WHY DO OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE BETTER HOLIDAYS THAN US??

Went to the White Sox game yesterday . . .

They won, which was impressive.  More impressive, however, was the looooong round of applause a group of soldiers attending the game received.  That was the highlight of the game for me.  That said.  Consider wearing red on Fridays to show support for our troops.  You don't have to approve of the war--I don't--but you do have to support these men and women fighting and/or dying for us (not necessarily by wearing red obviously).  ::climbs down from soap box and carries it away::
