entry, whoopdi-shit. been lifting pretty good so far, ive put 70 lbs on
my bench since january, thats great for anyone. training this spring
break with my bro, he says he's gonna teach me a few things, but i said
yea but ill beat ur ass down, haha. should be a good week.

| did things a little different today. did three exercises for legs, not going to do as much so it would help my pull, did dips, and some jumprope. i didnt do bi's this week because they were burnt out from shoulders on tuesday and a big back day on wednesday. | | |
| pretty good week so far, my chest and shoulders are dead. for some reason when i do military presses, a tendon or something in the inside of my arm, opposite of the elbow, burns and hurts like hell. i cant seem to stretch it out, and its restraining my weight and reps. | | |
| felt a lil tired this week. today i did deadlifts, did a set of three for more weight than ive done before, but when i tried a next set for two of higer weight, i couldnt get it and after that i couldnt get my mind right, so i took the rest of the day off. as i sat in second period, i decided to take the rest of the week off because i wont have an off week for a while anyway. | | |
| i had a double day today. i had to do legs this morning and arms after skool bc we dont have school tomorrow. i put twenty pounds on my bench today from two weeks ago. i really need to work on my squat and deadlift. i did put 22 lbs on my deadlift yesterday tho, that was good tho. anyone have their own lifting journals? | | |
