i didnt do my arm workout today, coach G was makin all the non-graduatin class(bc the graduating class football players dont have to do anythign xcept dress out) max on bench, so i just did that instead, ive put 40 lbs on since january, thats really good. ill just do arms after skool tomorrow, since im doing legs in the morning.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
