  • Day 3 - still waking up with some pain.  More like a toothache but makes me want to grind my teeth.  It's that annoying pain that makes you want to just bite your tongue.  Ugh. 

    Day 4 - woke up with a small amount of pain but went to work anyway even though I wanted to just stay home.  I drudged through the day and only took one ibuprofen.  I got home from work and tried to last as long as I could but I gave in around 8pm.  Just couldn't handle the annoying ache any longer so I popped one.  Ugh.

    Alright, back to watching DWTS.

  • Day 2

    Pain.  I thought I wouldn't have to take the pain meds, but I found out I am not that strong.
    Hunger.  I thought I would enjoy "losing a couple pounds", but I found out I am famished.
    Laziness.  I thought I would be able to do normal household duties thinking it's only my mouth that's out of commission, but I found out I am a baby.

    *sigh*

    It's been real...

  • Did I ever mention that I just LOVE my dentist, Dr. Khai Ma in Westminster?  He has not only renewed my trust in dentistry, but he was able to Novocaine me AND take out TWO (instead of one) wisdom teeth without me even being a dramaqueen!  And if you know me, you know I am D-r-a-m-a-q-u-e-e-n!  Without going into details, I'll just touch on the fact that he is the most gentle dentist AND he's funny!  He was talking to my wisdom teeth like they were babies about to be born.  When he pulled one out, he called out the time and sex of the tooth.  So according to him, I am now a proud parent to a boy and a girl!  Ya ya, sounds dorky right?  But again, if you know me, humor is the way to go.  He even turned up the music for me AND let me have the television on too!  Surprisingly, I almost started falling asleep until I started feeling the pushing and pulling.  So now I'm at home resting, well online resting haha!  I'm anticipating the Novocaine to wear off so I can really feel the effects.  Popped my ibuprofen already.  Now what to eat?  Will I starve?  I think I need Sweetie to get some baby food fruit haha!  I already have my jellos, puddings, ice creams, etc.
