Friday night, everyone was telling me to go to bed early. I went in at 11, messed around, cleaned up under my sink a bit, and then got a text from the Prince asking if I was still awake. Stating the obvious, he called me and then I went to bed after midnight.

Saturday, I woke up wondering if it was really going to happen. I knew I had some stuff to get done, so I got up, checked my cell (there was a text from the Prince an hour before saying that he was getting on the plane ^^), started some laundry, took a shower and called across the street because I was supposed to, to see what I needed to do to take care of the dog this week. She said to come over at 11:15. I went to play some piano and April started barking a little at the door. I instantly started shaking. Mom came in and asked me to empty the dishwasher.

“Oh, this is smart,” I thought. “I’m gonna break something cause I’m shaking.”

Mom put April outside and a few minutes later the doorbell rang.

“Would you get that?” Mom asked calmly. I padded over to the door, wanting to look out the window, but refraining. I unlocked it and slowly opened the door. And there he was.

“Hey, Babe!” he said and I came out and hugged him tight, still shaking, grinning. He said hello to my mom and Jacob, shaking her hand, bending down and greeting April.

“Were you surprised?” Mom asked. I shook my head and explained that I knew, I just didn’t know what time. I hugged the Prince again. Suddenly he was helping Dad get his bag in. I showed him to the guest bedroom and Jacob started talking about video games. The Prince had gotten Jacob a gift card for GameStop and gave it to him. I had to go across the street to find out what I needed to do for the dog so I took the Prince with me. When we returned to the house, Mom asked if we wanted smoothies. Jacob and I were forced to anyway. Meh. So yeah, we hung out in my room while we finished drinking the smoothies. I asked Mom about going to see the Dark Knight and she said that we’d better eat something. So we ate, I got picked on for being a slow eater, and then Mom drove us to the theater. He held my hand the whole way there. Mom tired to give us money but the Prince said he had it, paid for our tickets and we went inside.

“Do you want anything?” he asked.

“I dunno,” my usual answer.

“Indecisive…”

“I just want you,” I hugged him and grinned and we started off to the theater. I kissed his cheek and he kissed mine back. Apparently when I did this he knew being affectionate the rest of the trip would be smooth sailing. We went all the way to the back of the theater on the end, hoping to be sitting away from others, but alas that was not to be. It didn’t matter, we just put the arm up and cuddled for the duration of the movie…two and a half hours. ^^ (Stupid people who opened the emergency exit afterwards and let in the light… “Why would you do that?!”)

Dad picked us up and we hung around the house for a bit. Jacob and he played with the airsoft guns for a little bit and I got changed. We sat on the floor of the guest bedroom till it was time to go. The Prince stayed home and studied a little while the rest of us went to church. The whole time, I was trying to pay attention, but I was wishing for it to go faster because I wanted to get back to my boy! Finally church ended and we drove home to pick the Prince up so we could all go to dinner at Nick’s.

I entered the house, and his door was closed. I knocked a couple times, and after hearing no movement from inside, I entered. He was all curled up on the bed. I crept over and rubbed his shoulder, waking him, telling him it was time to go to dinner. We got in the car and drove to Nick’s and had dinner. While waiting for the food and afterwards, he held my hand under the table. Dad asked us to take April on a walk (“Quail!”), so I changed back into shorts when we got home and the Prince and I went. Afterwards we played with Norrie a little, then went swimming and figured out what we were doing on Sunday (Dad still isn’t feeling 100% after his surgery a couple weeks ago so we didn’t go to the Grand Canyon this trip). So, after that…we decided to start our Disney movie marathon. ^^ Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Pinocchio. *rofl*

Me: Why would he kiss a dead body?
The Prince: Maybe he's a necrophiliac. She's a zombie! Braiiiiins! Braiiiins! Mmm! Horse braiiiins!
Me: *ROFL*

We then watched Pinocchio. I rubbed the Prince’s back for a little while and he leaned back against me after. When the movie was over, I turned everything off by remote and just sat there holding him for a moment. I started crying. I feel so stupid for doing it, but I started thinking about when he’d have to leave. After I recovered, telling him how lucky I was, we went to bed at 2am.

Sunday…I got up at 9 and sat out in the family room. I wanted to wake the Prince up, but a) I wasn’t sure if my parents would say something if I went in there, and b) I wanted to let him sleep a bit. Mom and Dad said I should turn on the piano, so I did. Jacob had wanted French toast and sausage, so my parents started on that and told me to try and text the Prince. I did and he got up, bringing the presents he had for my parents and me. My Dad said he shouldn’t have done that (I think that’s where I get my response when people randomly get me stuff, too), but they enjoyed the gifts. ^^ He gave me a locket and I love it (though I love him more! :P ).

After breakfast we went to the bowling alley. They were giving me a hard time there. *Lol* We played one and a half games (they turned the lane off for some reason, I guess I could have said something about it, but didn’t) and then played some games in the arcade. And then we called to be picked up. The Prince decided to see how I looked in his hat…and I wore it for most of the afternoon. When we got home, we weren’t hungry just yet so we hung out in my room on the floor. I called Jess to get everything sorted out and then we went to the mall.

Dad dropped us off and we went into Nordstrom’s to meet with Jess. She called as we were going in and we told her to meet us by the piano. So, we walked over to the escalator to go up, and I heard, “Hi, Meg!” I looked up and Jess was already halfway up the escalator. ^^ We walked around the mall for a long time. Right at the beginning, the Prince noticed this fountain and became fascinated. I told him we’d go over later and touch it. ^^

I had wanted to find the Prince a new chain because the ones we had were getting tarnished, they weren’t that great quality. *Lol* We went in to the pet store, talking about collars, and just walked around talking, catching up with Jess and joking around.

Finally we decided we were hungry, however I was only thirsty. They both refused to take that as an answer. We went down the elevator and through the food court, got pizza and drinks and then found a table. Jess got me to eat one of her pieces. *Lol* And the Prince got both of us to fold the pizza in half. Jess was telling the Prince about the Pride and Prejudice ball, describing her friend’s outfit. “It was fluffy!” *rofl* The Prince was mocking her hand movements as she described it.

And then it was off to walk around some more. Walking to one end of the mall, we turned to go back up an escalator. However, a tree with a braided trunk caught the Prince’s eye.

“What is that?!” he went back down the same escalator to go touch it and see if it was real. It was. "Witchcraft!" *Lol*

We came back around and decided to go down the stairs with the fountain. I told the Prince to touch it and see that it was just a ribbon with the water running down it.

He did and freaked out, spinning around to cling to me. *rofl* And then we three sat at the bottom of the fountain just talking and passing the time. I noticed that there was a bird flying around inside. I tried pointing it out to Jess, but every time she turned around to look at it, it was gone. Finally when she saw it, she exclaimed, “Oh, I love those birds! It’s a gRRACKle!” The Prince and I died of laughter. Once we recovered and talked a little more, Jess got in touch with her sister, I got in touch with my family because it was already 3pm and I was supposed to call them. It would be a little while before Dad got there, so we started walking in that direction. The escalator up over in the area we were in was out of service, but the escalator down was working. The Prince was about to run up it, but we noticed a security guard coming our way. All I saw was the security guard, I wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing…but Jess did. He was pushing an empty stroller, one that you rent from the mall.

“He has an invisible baby!” The Prince collapsed laughing. We then went through the food court again to find other ways up. We found Jess’s sister and friend on the way and paused to talk to them. Jess asked if the drink in front of her sister was hers. Upon getting confirmation, Jess took a drink, handed the cup to me, I took a drink, handed the cup to the Prince, he took a drink, handed the cup back to Jess who took another drink and then gave it back to her sister. We then started to cross to the escalator, making a train. I was in the front, but then I tripped somehow. XD Jess must’ve tripped too with her heels. Laughing, we went to the escalator where the Prince stood behind Jess and I, making sure we didn’t fall. However, I tripped again getting off the escalator. XD

Because Jess was wearing high heels, she discovered it was easier to walk up the little ramps in this one area rather than using the stairs. She tried to use part of the stairs that looked like a ramp, but not supposed to be used as one to get up two stairs and almost landed on her face. XD

We took pictures of all three of us and said goodbye to Jess. At first, the Prince and I couldn’t figure out where Dad was. We were on the 2^nd level so we decided we needed to go down. However the next floor down wasn’t the one we wanted. The people in the elevator got off before the doors closed and then I got tackleglomped. ;P Arriving on the ground level, we went to the car and Dad drove us home.

The Prince and I sat on his bed watching Jacob play video games and the Prince played with him a little bit. Then he had to go print out his boarding pass, so he did, and then we helped in the kitchen a little. Tri-tip was for dinner! Dad told me to get a plate, so I got one for the Prince as well. For some odd reason, I whistled instead of saying his name. April came over.

“Not you,” I said.

“The other pet?” Dad asked. By this time, the Prince had come over. I laughed.

“Yes…he’s fluffy!” I then petted the Prince’s head.

During dinner I found his foot and we played footsie. ^^ Afterwards, we went on another walk. The Prince tried to go after more quail, we steered each other from vegetation (I scared him trying to pull him away from a bush XD), and the Prince discovered his mating call…which I decided sounded like a cross between a car revving and a howl. *rofl* Upon coming back to the house, we had a little moment in the entry and then went inside.

I had wanted to make crab dip for him; however we didn’t have any Town House crackers. I asked Mom to go to the store to get some and more cream cheese. Dad and Jacob were outside, Jacob was swimming, and so the Prince and I had a bit of time to ourselves before we got our swimsuits on and went swimming again. We found a gecko afterward.

After getting cleaned up, the Prince helped me make the crab dip and then we started watching Dumbo, the Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, and Cinderella. *rofl* A few minutes into Cinderella, when Gus is hiding under the tea cups and Lucifer is looking for him, Lucifer does this flail.

As it was after 2am, I thought the Prince would have been falling asleep, but all of a sudden, after seeing that, he cracked up.

After Cinderella was over, I turned everything off again, and we just sat on the couch for a moment. I started crying again, go figure, as he held me because I knew he had to go home in the morning, and I didn’t want him to leave. We stayed out there for 15 minutes at least, I know it was after 3. I stopped crying, “Stupid female emotions….Women!” I got April, woke Mom up, she went to bed, I talked with Erich a little more, cuddled a bit, and then went to bed.

Monday, April woke me up to be let out. I went back to bed for a little bit, but I kept having dreams that the Prince left without saying goodbye, so I’d wake up every so often, lean out of bed to look at the door (I had left mine open after letting the dog out) or I’d get out of bed to go see if his laptop was still on the kitchen table. Finally at 8:40ish, I went into his room and hugged him, waking him. We talked for a little bit and then he got up, got his stuff together and we sat out on the couch. We continued talking out there, just enjoying each other’s company, leaning on each other. Mom came out a little later, made Jacob and I smoothies (my review, “Do not want!!!”), we reviewed the “FLAIL” again, and then had to get ready to leave. We paused in his room to take the kissing picture. He took his bag out by the garage door. Mom and Jacob were already outside.

The Prince made the comment, “I don’t know how much more I’m going to get to do this,” and kissed me again. Seconds after we parted, Mom walked in. We kind of laughed at the close call afterwards.

The car ride to the airport was quiet. At security, we checked the board, the Prince hugged me tight, hugged Jacob and Mom, and then hugged me again. And then he walked off. I watched him walk down. He called me even though I could still see him, telling me that he missed and loved me. I stood there crying, until I couldn’t see him anymore. We texted during the afternoon till he had to turn off his phone. I could not even walk through the house when I got home without crying again because I could see all the places that reminded me of him. The room, and bed smelled like him for a while, and I could continue to go in there for a few minutes at a time and curl up on the bed.

I miss him so much, and I’m looking forward to when I can see him next. For now, we’re back to IMing, webcamming, and calling each other.
