my parents, Isaac and I are heading back to NY to get Isaac and my car and my main belongings to NY.

Please keep us in your prayers for:

~ safety and health for the 4 of us

~ i just got my wisdom teeth out so pray that i keep healing and driving does't mess me up

~ That nothing gets stollen since there are things strapped to the out side of the car

~ Sanity since we are leaving Oregon and there is a bit of wedding planning needed to get done

~ Safety coming home

~ Good visits with those on Long Island

Well they did there last performance today. They toured Long Island this week with a show on Tuesday and three today. What an awesome outreach this tour has been. With the PADTS outreach and now this outreach, hundreds of lives have been changed for eternity. On behalf of Heidi, the bride and I would like to thank all of you for your prayers these past eight months for her and the complete YWAM team and staff. That makes all of you part of the team, because without your prayers I am sure it would have been different.

This has also changed Heidi’s life as she realizes that we can all make a difference if we are willing to listen to God’s calling and be willing to trust in Him for His’ guidance. She now has a stronger desire to reach out to the youth of America. She is praying for God’s direction in her life in this area.

As you all know, Heidi has fallen in love with an amazing young man of her dreams. Isaac and Heidi both have the same calling, so, it will be exciting to see how God will use this couple in the future. Isaac is on staff with YWAM Metro New York for the next year and half, so, in the short term God is leading this young couple to serve this organization.

As for the scoop on the wedding and romance, Heidi wanted to use Denise’s (my bride) mom’s wedding rings. We were able to get it resized and gave it to Isaac when we saw them last week. Anyway, Isaac surprised her tonight and gave it to her. We don’t know the details but Heidi’s short text message to us indicated she was really happy. The wedding plans for August 4th are slowly falling together. As most of you know they are planning on having an outdoor wedding here in Oregon. The bride and I have amazing and giving friends that offered the use of their beautiful property.

Heidi told us she has a bad sore throat. The health issue has followed them to the last day. Heidi would appreciate any prayers. Heidi and Isaac are scheduled to fly in to Oregon next week Monday. So, they would ask for prayers for their safe travels and health.

Heidi would like to personally update this site but time has always prevented her from doing so. So, I want to thank all of you for putting up with the old man’s updates. The rally last night was in New Hampshire. It was small but went really good. Several people responded to the call. The bride and I, along with Jake and Emily Cools, were able to make the rally so it was special to see the new performance that they are doing with the smaller cast (that is in numbers and not height). The air conditioner wasn't working so the show was HOT it more than one way. The shows in Plymouth at the beginning of the week went really well. Today they have an evening youth event that they will only do the new opening dance.

This weekend we will just spend sometime with Heidi, Isaac and his family. We will be experiencing the YWAM base thing as the bride and I will be staying at the base. It will be great to spend some chill time with them. We will be headed back to Oregon on Monday.

Next week will be their last week and they will be touring on Long Island. Right now they have plans for two performances and one rally. So, that is the spin for now, so, until next time live life to its fullest.

Well they traveled up to the Plymouth, Massachusetts area today. They are in host housing tonight. They are doing one show and a rally tomorrow and then a show for Wednesday. Then on Thursday they are traveling to New Hampshire for a show and rally. They will be in host housing there also. On Friday, they head back into Massachusetts in the same area with the same host housing for a show and rally. WOW!! They have a lot of setting up and tearing down to do. Please continue to pray for the team’s safe travels and for all these performances. They will be heading back to the base on Saturday.

As I indicated in an earlier posting the bride and I are going to catch up to the team on Thursday. Please pray for us as we travel across the U.S. and then try to maneuver the east coast traffic where horns are a courtesy checks.

Anyway, that is the spin for now. So until next posting, I leave you with a thought to ponder: Two women looked through prison bars, one saw mud, and the other saw stars.

PTL! We talked to Heidi this afternoon. The performance today in Pittsburgh had about 1,400 students at the show and it went really well. The rally this evening was at the same school. Heidi e-messaged us tonight and said that the day went great. Thank you all for praying for the team.

Please pray for the team’s safe travels back the base. Next week they are scheduled to tour in Boston. Please continue to pray for the team. They only have about two weeks left.

The bride and I are planning on catching the tour in Boston. It will be great to see the company performance. Anyway, that is the spin for now.
