Our first practice will be September 5th wednesday from 6am - 8am in the aerobic room in the back of the weight room.

Regular practices will be as follows mondays 6-8am, wednesdays 6-8am, fridays 4-6pm, wednesdays are subject to change. If you cannot make our first meeting please come to the very next one that you can get to so that I know who is really going tobe on the team this semester.

Lastly you need to switch to the new group if you havent and make sure you update your info on the sign up list we will have at the practice.

Hey ladies and gents - what it is looking like is:

 Mondays - 9-11am, 4-6pm, after 6pm we lose Kristy Baker... 

Tuesdays -8-10am, 2-4pm, after 8pm

Wednesday- 9-11am, 2-3pm, after 8pm

Thursdays 8-10am, after 8pm

 Fridays 8-11am, 2-6:30pm

One thing about fridays is that people tend to leave town, rightfully so to go home... earlier may be better than later...
