| | I've had it! I'm so sick of Yellow Fever!
No,
we're not talking about the disease that killed thousands in Africa.
For the non-Asians out there, I apologize in advance if you are not one
who falls under such criticism I'm about to lay down like Judge Judy's
mallet. I'm going to be blunt, critical, and brash.
Yellow Fever: A condition which strikes mostly males. The symptoms of this condition
include a longing for companionship and sexual pleasure from Asian
women. Sufferers of this condition will show aggressive tendencies that
will cause them to act goofy around any girl with almond-shaped eyes,
black hair, and exhibiting any kind of other supposed stereotype about
Asian women. Because of cultural differences, however, most sufferers
of Asian Fever are never cured.
Do I excite you Caucasian* males out there? Good, now I won't feel guilty for verbally bashing you.
It
frightens me, the level of how far this "epidemic" can go. Every time I
see a caucasian holding hands with an Asian female, a little bit of me
dies. Perhaps I'm biased when
it comes to this; I have a few female Asian friends who date outside
their Asian heritage and have no problems--I think the guy truly does
like them for who they are. But when I go to bars, lounges, and clubs,
the White guys who enter through that door flock toward the Asian
ladies like a bulimic towards a toilet bowl. Headfirst and drooling. It
disturbs me.
I don't
lose sleep over this. I'm not one who should dictate who and what dates
where and how. I also understand that here in the U.S., particularly
here in New York,
ethnicities are abundant, and a minute won't pass where you won't see
an interracial couple. But the logic behind this still befuddles me. Do
caucasians really take interest in Asian women for who they are? Or are
they just buying into the stereotype that they're "easy", "submissive",
and just "exotic" to them? "Oooh, I'm gonna get myself some Asian poontang tonight!"
Look at the porn industry for example. You have categories like: Straight, Big Breast, Lesbian, Anal, and ASIAN. So what if the Japanese are crazy people and
their game shows make us laugh? There's no need for such blatant
marketing for solely Asianphiles (SAT word).
And
it's not just the non-Asian men who promote such debauchery within this
societal shortcoming. No, our women are furthering this. They're
pushing this idea forward.
"Oh, Asian guys just aren't confident enough."
"They're just too shy to approach us."
Lies! Just like the authenticity of that Prada handbag of yours! It
has nothing to do with our poise and level of confidence. It's your
misconstrued brainwashed views of Asian male physicalities and
things-under-their-waistline. Admit it! An
Asian male could have a bottle of Mojo, sealed in a ribbon of arrogance
and these Asian women would still blow them off like a birthday candle.
 I'm
never certain with the female psyche. Their minds are an enigma,
wrapped in a riddle, covered in mysteries. Perchance they find it
ego-inflating to date a White male, as opposed to "smaller", "shyer"
Asian male counterparts--much like how most Asian guys would feel if
they managed to bring home a Caucasian girlfriend (don't buy into that
baloney) to show mommy, daddy, and his circle of friends playing
Counter-Strike all day. Whatever the cause may be, Asian Fever is a
force that should be reckoned with, and should be something to think
about the next time you see that "hot Asian." Are you really attracted
to her personality or just picturing her in bed?
I
want to thank Kelly Hu for volunteering herself for the betterment of
my points being made, and for nice eye-candy for my fellow male readers
out there. Maybe I shouldn't have put such provocative photos up.
*I
say Caucasians throughout this posting primarily due to the fact that
97% of the time, I see Asian females with a White male; occasionally a
Black man.
