The Semester in Review:

Moot Court Nationals Started off the Semester:

The VA snow was a amazing, and beautiful...but, not as beautiful as the girl standing next me

A very proud Dr. Farris as well, at the accomplishments of one of his pupils

whew, that was a long week!

and she was exhousted!

and so was everyone else, here is me trying to catch up on all the school that was left behind that week

Our joy was completed in Him, in our weaknesses He was made strong, and blessed us with His mercy and grace.

Lessons Learned from a Freshman

It was cold and windy, so what's new? Not such a bad day, and I was in a pretty good mood, but as always in a mood to criticize or complain about most anything that presented me with the opportunity to do so. Right, so I'm walking up the stairs and behind be comes a freshman, jingling a handful of quarters.

"laundry time?" I asked.

"Yep, coins are wonderful things."

I'm ready to make a remark about how expensive it is to do laundry and annoying to go get change...

"you, know, it's such a blessing to have the change machine right down there."

My mouth dropped open (well, not really, but it did on the inside). I never thought like that. I probably would have thought, "you know, THEY SHOULD provide better service for those coin machines!"

But, HE was grateful that we HAVE coin machines. Convicting...

The things we/I take for granted.

"Thank you Lord for every little blessing you give me, even the blessing of a washing machine, and a coin machine to feed it."

Scattered snow showers may bring up to an inch or snow...

it's approximately 16 degrees with a strong breeze blowing around 30 mph equalling

around a 0 degree windchill.
