new number

My father and I arrived in Lexington Park, Maryland on Friday after two and a half long days of driving a 16 ft. rental truck towing my car.

We unloaded the truck and unpacked everything and I took care of some business around town, including getting a new cell phone with a local based number.  If you try to call my old number, you are not going to get me, so call:

(240) 298 - 7975

I took my father to the BWI airport this morning, so I am now completely on my own and all alone.  This will be interesting...

milk for all the kids

Birthday this year was good, thanks to all those who wished me a happy birthday.  A special thanks to Adam, Tylor, and Katie for going to the movie with me and to Tess who called and sang to me. :)

Christina and I have a tradition around this time since our birthdays are a week apart.  We go to Hasting's and pick out a cd that we want.  We then trade cd, wrap them up, and then give them back to each other.  I love it, I got a blood brother's cd.

Sean flys into town in a few days and I get to visit Tess in a month.  There is a lot to look foward to.

party choices

I am trying to decide on a few things for my birthday this weekend:

What night?
--Saturday (That way curfew is less of an issue)
--Sunday (The actual day for my birth)

What movie?
--Smokin' Aces
--Pan's Labyrinth
--The Departed

What to eat?
--Not cafe

With who?
--It's an open list, all are welcome to join in

Presents?
--I don't care about presents, I just want to be with friends

sunday

Rants and raves are so blah and I have no reason at all to complain.  I live in a safe place, with great friends and loving parents, and a bright future (as long as I don't screw it up).

Also, I think I want to go see a movie for my birthday.  Anyone want to join me?

no matter how hard I try

I have three different online quizes that I have to take each week.  No matter how hard I try to do well on them, the most I can ever do is a mid B.  I can read the chapter, take the quiz while looking at the book, and even look stuff up online, but I still somehow manage to miss a few.

The job hunt is another area that I am getting nowhere in...

I found out in my business class that the Robert Randolph concert fiasco made it to the national news...
I think Harding could handle certain situations better, like PR and how they treat the students that attend.  In my opinion, it almost seems that Harding cares more for its reputation than the students. I love the people around me and I respect and admire most of my teachers (I have issuess with most of the Bible professors..), but it's no longer the 30s.

Those are my primary frustrations for today,  I better get back to the computer lab.
