i hate my supervisor. she sucks.
all along i thought she was nice even though we didn't talk at all.
she smiled at me most of the time but who knows, behind that smile is a dagger. OMG.
interim evaluation is here and she gave me a 3 of ALL the criteria?!! 3/5 you know?
that's like a JUST PASS.
and besides, its an OPEN evaluation. she's not supposed to do it herself and then return me so that i can hand over to my teacher. we are supposed to DISCUSS it together.
and this morning, she left the interim evaluation form on my table. EARLY IN THE MORNING AT 9AM.
so thanks to her, i was moody for the rest of the day.
now i know why another colleague speaks ill of her the other time.
office POLITICS.
then i msg my LO to see if my mentor can do the evaluation for me. since it isn't FAIR cause my supervisor isn't the one who assigns me work, isn't the one who monitor my work, isn't the one who teaches me new stuff.! its my mentor! so its not FAIR since i dun think she even bothered to ask about my progress from my mentor. okay, even if she did, then all the more my grades shouldn't be a 3 can?!
give me a better grade will die meh?? not like it'll affect her anyway ! why can't she be nice and give me a 5?! okay la, maybe 5 is too much. but not a JUST PASS rite?! i also nv make alot of mistakes what.
at least if she give me a better grade i'll like her more rite? and get her a nice pressie when i leave rite? and thank her and remember that she's the "nicest supervisor" EVER. but NO! she sucks!
this sem is particularly important to me! i need it to apply for uni. =(
and now,
SHE'S NOT GETTING A PRESENT FROM ME WHEN I LEAVE!
I'LL BUY FOR EVERYONE ELSE EXCEPT HER! ON PURPOSE! I DUN HAVE TO BE NICE TO HER SINCE SHE ISN'T NICE TO ME RITE?!
(unless she decides to be nice.!)
but anyway, DUN NEED HER EVALUATION ALSO !
my LO say i can ask my immediate mentor to do !
so YAY ! NO PRESENT FOR HER! HUMPF !
oh btw, she even commented saying that occasionally i didn't meet the expectations (careless mistake sometimes, and everyone makes mistakes what ! i didn't repeat it can alr ma! i'm new here leh, u expect me to be MISTAKES FREE ARH ! i dun believe you nv make mistake before lor !! ). but most of the times i did. and say tt i should ASK when in doubt. HELLOOO!! i got ASK okay stupid woman ! just nv ask you WHAT !
*i hope you get demoted or they reduce your pay! HAHA. or maybe the company hired another person to replace you cause you made too many CARELESS MISTAKES too!
don't ever smile at me again cause i won't smile back! your showing teeth are all turning into daggers and shooting RIGHT THROUGH ME !
