Happy Holidays everyone!

So, I've had a merry christmas so far. Lots of good books, CDs, and games for me - including new clothes. I've practically gotten a whole new winter wardrobe, lol! My dad's playing Guitar Hero III right now and I'm pretty sure we'll be watching The Simpsons Movie later tonight. But first comes dinner out at Abicus, our favorite Chinese restaurant. I'm loving the holiday season, lol.

Hey, hey, hey, everybody! So, one final down, three to go! I'm SOOOOOO excited to be done in less than a week and be home for a month doing NOTHING! WOO-HOO!  (I'm really happy about this just in case you guys couldn't figure it out, lol)

At any rate, my house is Christmasfied - and I got to help decorate the tree!  My kitty really likes the tree, so much that he'll sleep underneath it and stare at the pretty lights for hours. I think that he just really likes Christmas, but the fam think that he just likes how warm it is under the tree when it's lit. It's a little of both, lol.

I wish I had more to say, but that's about all that's happened since my last post. I've been writing papers and doing some last minute homework before classes ended on December 7 and finals will be over on the 14th. Then I'll be home until January 14 - saweet!! hehe, I can't wait to be on a steady diet of Mom's food instead of Sodexo slop (if you went to Eastern, you'd know exactly what I was talking about...)

Alrighty, time to get back to studying (ugh ) The next time I write, I'll be home - yippee!!

I have discovered that playing in orchestras is very fun, even *gasp* more fun than playing in a band. The strings are so cool, they sound really crisp and clear, and they get all the hard parts! As the only second clarinet in band (with a solo!), I can appreciate that.

So, Thanksgiving break was good. Got to eat lots of food (eating Sodexho college food deprives me of true nourishment), played WiiSports with my sis and dad (I kicked their butt in tennis!), and saw Enchanted with "the girls" (aka, me, my sis, my mom, and my grandmom). Christmas break in a week (already?) promises to be just as great, if not better!

I've got four finals from December 7 to  December 14 - wish me luck! Actually, pray that I don't start slamming my head against the wall when I get stressed. Cuz knowing me, I may actaully start doing that.

Speaking of homework, I better start doing that. Two papers due next week and I haven't started either of them (I procrastination!). Merry early Christmas everybody!!

P.S. Loneliness is the bane of my existence... but I'm trying to be more open to people and make new friends. That's an improvement, right?

Well, I have been letting this go for awhile. Nothing's really going on over here. I'm going through some roommate issues, but I have it figured out: I'm moving over to Gallup B (right next door) and rooming with a girl from one of my classes whose roommate is transfering back home next semester. It's been a crazy freshman year, but hey, what else did I expect?

It's finally the last day of school before break - yes!! I can't wait to go home again and have some good old quality time with the folks. Not that I don't do that every weekend, but still, it's different over the holidays...

At any rate, happy turkey day everybody!! Have fun stuffing yourselves - I know I will!
