Ouch, Aaron. So glad I had a multiple choice torts final... even if the prof was the guy who decided McDonalds should be liable for obesity (see Super Size Me).

Best of luck, Kyle. As long as there are 3Ls in your classes, the curve will be kind - 3Ls don't care and just want to get out (and most of them won't have any career plans riding on these exams); they are generally happy to give 2Ls some surplus GPA.
