The parents banned xanga tonight(don't ask me why I don't know). I got home from work and my dad asked if I ever did it, then said it was hexed.

| Well the first tournament of the year has come and gone, it actually didn't feel all that much like a tournament to me. But maybe that was just because half the people there were in my club...
LD went well. I made it to semi's to get whipped by Grace  , but it was a fun round. I now have many more ideas in terms of cases and thoughts so the tournament was an all out success. Plus I qualled for regionals so I definitely can't complain.
The one thing I think is hurting me the most in LD right now is inexperience, so the more I compete the happier I'll be.
By the way, Grace also beat me in speaks.
Heh Melissa ended up winning the tournament and Grace won speaks so I applaud them both with a huge cheer!

| I'm off to the first Region 7 qualifier(regional qualifier). Only 10 LDer's and 6 of them are from our club, but 4 slots so it'll be fun.
