So, this is another one of the rare songs from ICP that doesn't have cussing. I like it, first time I listened to it it gave me chills. Its a pretty song but I think the lyrics work well on their own. *accually there is a couple of cuss words in it but only in the intro which doesn't really go with the song so I shaved it off. i also shaved off the end of the song cause it doesn't make sense unless you know the story behind The Amazing Jeckel Brothers which is the name of the CD this song is on* (wow, thats pretty big for just a little extra info... its bigger than the original message... oh well. Oh, and just incase you get board half way through and decide not to go on, I am fixin to put an accaul blog down at the bottom of this page... so Ill meet ya there if I loose ya... ok enough rambling.)
There's no story that ain't been told
Theres no gimmick that ain't been sold
Theres no ocean that never been swam
Theres no jaba that ain't been slammed
Theres no road that ain't been traveled
Theres no doctor that ain't been baffled
Ain't no thug that never cried
Ain't no preacher that never lied
Theres no rumor that ain't been passed
Ain't no question that no one asked
Theres no tree that won't get chopped
Theres no bomb that won't get dropped
Ain't no path that no ones laid
Ain't no beast that ain't been afraid
Theres no feat that no one can
Theres no saga that never began
Ain't no snow that didn't melt
Theres no punch that ain't been felt
Theres no skill that no ones learned
Theres no planet that He ain't turned
Theres no feud that never disolved
Theres no problem that ain't been solved
Theres no tale that no ones told
Theres no beauty that won't get old
Theres no garden the sun ain't beamed on
Theres no shoulder that ain't been leaned on
Theres no color that ain't been seen
Purple, red, yellow, blue, forest green
Theres no desert that ain't seen rain
Nobody here that ain't felt pain
Theres no bigot that ain't been clowned
Theres no treasure that I ain't found
Ain't no cave they never explored
Ain't no mother that ain't been ignored
Theres no leader that ain't been led
Theres no blood that ain't been shed
Theres no dish they never made
Ain't no brick they never laid
Everything left's been done before
Nothings new, no where to explore
Ok, so... Mom and Dad are fixin to close on a house here in the next couple of days... which is really good seeing as how my older sister kicked dad out of her apartment for being a bad influence on Marven, her fiancee. Marvin is about 28 and I believe he is fully capable of making his own decisions. But thats neather here nor there, Mom and Dad are happy to get away from them, they bicker ALOT and they don't keep their apartment up. I mean, my house wasn't the cleanest in the world but it was comfortable but their place is just wrong. Dirty silverwear on the floor... I wont go into detail. But anywho, everything is moving along pretty well aside from a couple of delemas and one question.
I'm working full time with my brothers roomate doin constrution like I said before, but now his roomate is going to be moving out into the main house we have been working on, he is gunna be getting the business when his boss retires. After I learn alittle more im gunna be getting a raise to 70 dollors a day. He said something about changing my pay to 10 bucks and hour when he takes over instead of salery. I guess that isnt too bad. And when Don, the roomate, moves out Lewis wants me to assume Dons place as roomie but Dad wants me to move in with them when they get the house, I'm not sure what to do there. Staying would mean paying 300 smakers a month but keeping this full time job that pays fairly decently and moving in with the folks means free place to stay and close to GM where I can work summer help this summer but then I would have to find a new job and we all know how good I am at that *rolls eyes*. So I don't know what to do there eather, sure steady income or a gamble to make a lot of money but for who knows how long.
Those are the couple of delemas, the question is about the house mom and dad should be closing on soon. There is a 20,000 dollor loan out under dads credit that is a collage loan. Normally you dont have to pay on those for 4 years so it doesnt matter but there has been whispers about if the student the loan is for isnt enrolled then you have to start paying it back and then it does effect your credit. Now, this is the only think keeping Mom and Dad from closing on the house yesterday. Dad called Chase and asked them to fax proof that the loan doesnt have to be paid off right away to the realitor a couple of days ago. Untill he gets it I'm watching with baited breath... its all moving along pretty well but right now its up in the air and I'm kinda scared it may be grinded to a halt when it hits the ground. If that happens Ill probably go work for GM for the summer so we got some extra cash and can rent or pay off that loan or somethin.
Well, if Ma and Pa do get this house, its in a really great location, 10 minutes from a mall, 10 minutes from the plant, right by a dennies... lol. So Im pretty excited for them about that, i havent seen the house but I hear its really nice. Last night Steph and I went up to the hotel mom and dad just got after bein kicked out and went to dinner and saw Ghost Rider, that was a pretty cool movie. Kinda reminded me of Spawn. The whole making a deal with the devil, getting super powers, then using them to fight against the devil thing. But Ghost Rider is alot older than Spawn in the comic book world so Spawn ripped em off...
Anywho, I'm sorry I didnt come up and see you Hunts when I was in town, I got very ill the morning after i drove up and didnt do much of anything. I didnt forget about ya, just couldnt make it out.
