Did I ever say that North Carolina is beautiful

IMG_0058

This is Chimney Rock. The top of the rock is 2280 feet. The road down there is 1080 feet and where I took the picture from was about another 100 feet up. Chimney rock is about 35 minutes from our apartment. There is so much to see here but we are trying to space things out so we can enjoy this for a while. We will probibly go to Grandfather Mountain next but we want to get year passes to chimney rock park. There are tons of trails to hike. Including one that goes on the the side of the cliff about 3/4 mile to Hickory Nut Falls, a 404 foot waterfall. Well bedtime see ya later bye bye.

Things are going well.  I am working atleast 56 hours a week but the pay is great so I am not complaining. The wedding was nice the honeymoon was even better then I expected.  Very very hot but nice none the less. Two weeks later here we are.  I have been working for almost a month now. I love my new job.  Great benifits and the whole bit. Santa even stopped by today.  We make some of the most amazing things.  Aircraft engine parts mostly. High temp alloys that can withstand heat twice the melting point of steel.  A lot of hush hush things though so I can't really say much about it.  It's the government you know. Any got to go hope to hear from all of you. Peace, Love, and Joy to all of you.

Well after weeks of thinking and praying, and on very good job offer it look like I will be moving soon.  My new home will be Asheville, North Carolinia. I will be working for a company called Smiths Aerospace.  I know what alot of you are thinking and yes I am working with my ex on custady issues with Maddie. I will be sad to leave and not just because of Maddie. I am going to miss all of my friends. I'll post again when I know when we will be leaving.

Well I guess there is no real easy way to say it so here goes.  May 28 will be my last day at Grace.  I have desided to look for a new church.  It's something I have been thinking about for a while.  Eva (my girlfriend) and I want to find a church that both of us can enjoy and that is a little closer to Jackson.  I will miss you all and will come back to visit from time to time.

On a brighter note.  I have planed my next adventure.  A 7 night cruise from San Juan to St. Thomas, Dominica, Barbados, and Aruba.  It should be alot of fun.
