| Oh xanga... i have most definetly failed you. If there are xanga gods out there, then they are most definetly pissed off at me. Well, its been 7 months since i last updated. Lets see... its going to be impossible to tell you all everything that has happened in the past 7 months, so lets just make a then and now list.
Then (March 2005)
I was a Junior at Lake Highlands, I was playing JV hockey, I had a girlfriend named Carolyn Battle, My driving record was perfect, Greenday was just a band, We had 4 cars in my family, Frick was not a word. The NHL was not playing, and Aaron's Aresenal (led by captain Jason Oruch) was in full force.
Now (October 2005)
I am a Senior at Pearce, I am playing Varsity hockey, me and Carolyn are not dating anymore (for reasons that dont concern anybody but the two of us yet everybody found out and they like to cause BBYO drama with it), My driving record is still perfect, It's tough to listen to Greenday now, We now have 5 cars in my family (i dont know why), Frick is still not a word. THE NHL IS BACK!!! BOO YA, and this season, Aaron's Arsenal (led by newly appointed captain Brandon Strull) has yet to come to a game. Hopefully that will change soon.
Lets see... other highlights from the past 7 months: I was an OZO5 at Camp Interlaken JCC. Pretty much the best 6 weeks ever. I went on a 1 day trip to and from Austin, TX to visit Jenn Fein with Heather Teitell and Jason Oruch, and i've learned a lot along the way.
It would be impossible to sum up the past 7 months in one word, so for now, lets call it: fun, exciting, trying, tough, upsetting, amazing, awesome, great, fantastic, but most of all: NO REGRETS.
There is however, one thing that has remained constant throughout this entire period of 7 months, and will always be true: The Plano West Hockey team uses steroids.
I'll say it again: NO REGRETS. Not about anything. Things will work out how they are suppost to work out. Just go with it and it will be ok.
10-4 Over and Out. Happy Halloween Everybody.

| wow. time for a new entry. theres a lot on my mind right now. some of it is typical teenage stuff and some of it is not. one thing is the current status of my life... (that doesnt sound quite right but oh well) i really cant complain. right now i am living the life that i want to. sure my grades could be better or things could be a little different here and there, but for the most part, there is nothing wrong, i am just... happy. there is no other way to describe it.
i know that there has been this same idea circulating but i want to put it out there again. it can hurt. recently, my dad and i just finished watching the first season of "24." at the end of the season one of the characters that you care about dies. with the 1 year anniversary of the blake and colin bushong incident looming on thursday, i couldnt help but thinking about that. how i didnt get to say goodbye, how things could have been different with them. basically, a bunch of what-ifs. i thought about it even more and i know that i DO NOT want to have to deal with something like that again. however, i just would like to take a second and tell my family, my friends, and my girlfriend how much they mean to me.
time for a lighter note...
carolyn: yesterday was march 21, marking quite possibly the best 3 months of my entire life. i really hope that it doesnt get old me telling you how absolutely amazing you are and how absolutely lucky i am to have you in my life, because it most definetly isnt going to stop anytime soon. from the dakota dashes to bedchecks by cody strull, and everything in-between, it has been a truely fantastic 3 months and i cant wait to see whats ahead.thank you for everything. you are amazing. happy 3 months.

| wow. definetly time for an update.
L T I- I had a truely amazing time at lti. The only thing that was kinda wierd was that the regional board was running it and by now i thought i would be on regional board. but oh well, i have dallas council now, so I will just have to leave my mark on bbyo that way. we're about to start d.c. stuff which i am really excited about. so anyways, back to lti... it was awesome. it was very well planned, and it was executed even better. the programs were virtually flawless and i would not want any other mix of people there. I got to hang out with carolyn A LOT there which was good. I also hung out with jessie (haha, our hand holding. its ok carolyn. haha.) also... berger was my roommate which kicked so much ass none of you have any idea. i probably had more fun at the dance on saturday night then i ever have at a bbyo dance before. it was great because... it just was, plain and simple. sunday- the end to an amazing lti, and kaplan plug party. kaplan plug party was very fun. it was cool since i had plugged myself a few months before. we had awesome plugs too, which made it even better. so then i came home and all of brandeis was at my house for nom good and welfare. fun stuff. definetly did not get any pre cal done like my origional plan had in it. so i watched the matrix, went to pick up carolyn, went to bbyo sports for a little while, then took carolyn home, and hung out there for a little while. thus ending my awesome weekend. monday wasnt especially eventful. today has been the most pointless day of my life. TAKS!! woo hoo. no. definetly not. i hate TAKS so much. dont even get me started. then i went and bought some spirit sticks for the kaplan noms and thats pretty much it.
carolyn: 2 months!!!!! wow. what can i say? these past 2 months have been the best 2 months of my entire life. i would not trade them for anything. you are so beautiful and amazing. i am sooo lucky.
jessie: whats it like having the state of kentucky ON YOUR NECK!?
thats all for now,
