Dear world,
There is so much to say and I have such little time...! Oh well, that's how it always seems because I can never seem to grasp the concept of time mangement and I don't think I ever will. Blahhhh. This is going to be really long...just a warning!
Anyway, this whole week is spirit week. Monday was Black/White day but I didn't wear anything because I kinda/sorta forgot. But, Monday is such a bad day of the week so that doesn't matter.
Cowgirl -- That night I went to the mall to try to find something to go over my dress for homecoming even though I still can't decide if I am wearing the black or red one. Since Tuesday was hat and sweats day, I decided to pick up a cowboy/girl hat since I love em! These 2 guys were standing outside of Hat World and I thought that would be a good place to pick up a cowboy/girl hat. Turns out that they didn't have a cowboy/girl hat, but they did have one good-looking boy in stock. Hehe...Turns out he goes to Cedar Cliff after I talked to him for a bit...Haha, but they did end up helping me out by telling me where I could get a cowboy/girl hat and I found the perfect one. :) So I wore that tuesday along with curling up my blonde hair and that was cool, even though everyone was taking my cowgirl hat the entire day! ^_^ I wore my sweats too which are x-tra comfy. Yay! I also went to the Dodgeball Tournament that evening and watched Dakota save her team from being defeated by catching the ball and getting her whole team back in -- definitely awesome. I was super tired though so I only went from 6:30 - 8:30 or around there. Some football senior team ended up winning I think.
Powderpuff -- Wednesday was X-TRA special. I signed up for Powderpuff Football and had that big game that night. Since it was jersey day, I wore my green, wore-down #62 jersey that I was to wear that night. The game was pretty exciting...not that many people showed up which was good because I didn't know what I was doing. I think our guy coaches wanted us to win more than we actually did. It was the seniors(S-E-N-I-O-R-S) and freshmen vs the sopohmores and juniors. It was tied at the end 12 to 12, but the annoucers were seniors so they changed the score to 81-12 so we are obviously better. The annoucers were probably the best part about the whole game, because they were really funny and randomly insulting. Haha. At first, I didn't want to play, but once we started the game and Maggie and Dakota got there it was pretty fun. There was this one senior, Jackie, who I pretty much stuck with since she was nice and we both had no idea what was going on. I ended up being a lineWOMEN, which wasnt all that hard. There were only about 6-7 freshmen and the rest were seniors. We also smeared black lines under our eyes, which I ended up getting all over my face and had to scrub my face to get it all off - which hurt!! Anyway, after it was all said and done it was much fun.
Tiger -- Today was costume day and I dressed up as a tiger. Complete with tiger ears, bowtie, and tail. I also colored my nose brown and drew whiskers on my face to make me look more tigerish, but people thought was a CAT! Have you ever seen an orange cat with black stripes? Nope. I was definitely a tiger/lion. And a pretty fierce one, I must say. Haha. Yeah people pulled on my tail and ears all day, but that's okay, haha. It was interesting to see everyone esle's costumes. Donna was a schoolgirl and another girl was cheebawka(sp)? Haha, it was hilarious. Oh yeah I was late today, too. Bummmmmer. I stayed after school for 3 hours to decorate for homecoming today, we made a bunch of stuff and tomorrow we have to make more things and hang it all up. We still have A LOT to do.
Speaking of homecoming, tomorrow is the pep rally and then the homecoming football game and then saturday is homecoming! I still don't know if I should wear the black short dress or the long red dress with the slit up the side. I'll probably decide saturday afternoon, hehe. I don't know if Donna is going anymore because Doug can't go, but I guess we'll see! I'm going out to eat with Dakota and Maggie and them at Hanover Grille before the dance, I think. Alright, alright, this is WAY too long. LOVES
