| WTF!!!!!What the fuck.....no less than 3 days after my last little blog...my boyfriend turned me in back to fucking rehab! son a goddamn mother fucking bitch. i have been there and other places, so that is why i can't seem to keep this thing going. no only that the assholes at the place said i need to gain 25lbs to get out.....so i did..call me a fat ass!!!!!!! No matter i am free now, so i am back on the plan so far today: B: one 20 oz bottle of crystal light and one cigarette -------15 calories(Done) L: Plan---one egg---70 calories D: nothing Work out from 3pm - 4pm---burn at least 600 calories on the treadmill/elliptical Goal -2lbs

Plan for Wed Feb 1st
Breakfast: One egg, cup of coffee = 70 calories Lunch: One sf redbull= 10 calories Snack: Water (20 ounces) Dinner: 1/4 portion of what my b/f makes~~~ no more than 300 calories. Gym: 7am-8am: Burn 400 calories Gym: 5pm- 6pm: Burn 400 calories~~~make up for dinner that I have to eat.....blah :(((
Goal: -2 lbs
Feb goals: 1st- 28th: -30 lbs

| I know that I have been missing for a few days....but I have had a crazy week with school and all the other things that I do. I really should be logging in my food everyday, just to keep myself on track, and i think that will be my new rule for myself....starting with today.
No Gym :(
b: 1 egg- 70 calories( I really need to invest in some fat free egg beaters)
l: no time 0 ( if only i could do that everyday)
d: one sugarfree redbull, and an apple ~80 cals
