Truly, Madly, Deeply - I am ready to start!
My diet plan for this week. (More or less)
Day 1, Wednesday
Breakfast. 1/2 of grapefruit
Lunch. 1 grapefruit
Mid-afternoon snack. 1/2 of grapefruit
Dinner. 4 makras
Day 2, Thursday
Breakfast. 1 stuffed paprica with rice, tomatoes and minced meat
Lunch. 1kiiwi
Mid-afternoon snack. 1 carrot
Dinner. 5 slices of fat-free ham
Day 3, Friday
Breakfast. 2 eggs with some vegetables
Lunch. 250g cottage cheese with raisins (fat-free)
Mid-afternoon snack. 1 grapefruit
Dinner. 4 makras
Day 4, Saturday
Breakfast. 1 topped paprica with rice, cheese and minced meat
Lunch. 4 makras
Mid-afternoon snack. 1 grapefruit, 1 carrot
Dinner. 5 slices of fat-free ham
Day 5, Sunday
Breakfast. 100g of fat-free ham + tomato sauce with vegetables
Lunch. 2 eggs
Mid-afternoon snack. 1 grapefruit
Dinner. 2 slices of cheese
Seems a little harsh, maybe I will make some changes, but nothing drastical .. I try to stick to it. It is inspired by Atkins diet menu .. and finally I cannot forget EXERCISE! It is the magic key to success. Probably I will exercise harder than ever!
