News flash! I am NOT dead! Nope! Contrary to popular belief I have not....
- been shanghaied
- bumped off
- fled the country
- joined the army
- become amish
- taken up drugs
- forgot how to speak english
- suffered acute amnesia
- been duped into a cult
- become a mormon
- had a sex change
- been ignoring my email
Okay....the last one is a lie. I have been choosing not to check my email. More out of habit than conscious negligence. However, I AM ALVIE! At least I am now, because part of the job description for being alive is responding to outside stimuli. And now that I have chosen to WADE through my email, xanga, and facebook, I have reconnected with the internet and the outside world! SUCCESS!! *strikes heroic pose*

| HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Alright Kids! I'm back after a two and a half month funk. The storm is passing over. I can't tell you why it came. I can't tell you where it went, but there's no point in waiting around inside trying to figure it out when it's such a nice day outside. It's the new semester and a new start on life and the academia world. I have 15 credits this semester and I love it. If I don't 4.0 it, or get a 3.8 or higher, I'll be surprised. This is all stuff I can handle. Not to mention my schedule is absolutely beautiful. I'm finished with class by 4 on MW, and my first class on TT isn't until 2pm. I love it. Oh, no class friday either. ^_^
New Year's Resolutions:
- Lose 50 pounds
- Exercise at least once a week
- Design a diet
- Start a diet
- Increase my Acidemia involvement
- Start going to ACDA
- Work closer with Dr. Zegree / Wheaton
- Keep house / life clean
- Pick up house and clean the places which have needed it
- Put the food away after Mark and I finish making a meal
- Keep the bedroom floor picked up
New Year's Resolutions I actually am doing and have done so far:
- Exercise at least once a week
- Design a diet
- Start a diet
As we can see, I have a lot of work to do, and I should have all of these things started within the next week. I have begun to schedule my life out so my dieting and such is most successful. Mark and I are working out at a gym once a week and, God willing, more than once later. Anyway, class is getting over so I have to unplug and run. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERY ONE!!!!

| And now for the weather...
Well, I think it's come to the point where I don't notice the rain anymore. I'm pretty sure it hasn't stopped, because nothing has changed, but I have stopped noticing it for now. This is good, I suppose, because finals are rolling around, and I am HORRIBLY unprepared. ^_^;; Yup, I would totally fail if I had to take all the exams today. Fail like WOW. So, here I go trying to play catch up again. One of these days I'll learn it's better to do stuff on time.
