“I’ve never thrown harder material to students than in this class.  This class was equivalent to a personality seminar graduate class.  I can’t teach any harder material, I can only teach more of it.  I commend you guys for sticking with the course.”

Gosh, what a nice way to end the last class.

Of course, it would’ve been better if he’d said “Surprise! You all get an extra 10%!”

But this was nice too.  Makes the 72% I got on the midterm not feel so bad.

I’m gonna miss wednesday afternoons.

I usually don't post anything on xanga but I'm so happy right now that I feel like I have to share it with the whole wide world!

I just found out that the research project I've been working on has been accepted for presentation at Harvey Stancer Research Day at the Munk Centre of International Studies.  I've been pretty bummed out this past week because  the deadline for notifying students that they would be presenting at the conference had passed.  I was so sure that I had been rejected.  Turns out that they couldn't make the deadline because there were so many abstracts to read through this year.  But better late than never!  So now I've got about 2 weeks to write up my research paper....shit shit shit.....but happy shit!

Ah!  I've got a lab midterm in the following weeks and also a bio midterm.  Along with taking care of the household, help out my parents at the store and pack for moving....how the heck am I suppose to find the time to write up this report.....in just 2 weeks?!  Guess I'll be pulling a lot of all-nighters!  Not complaining though because I'm so frickin' HAPPY!

Must celebrate....by spending loads of cash on clothes tomorrow! hahaha!
