Dead Turkey Joke of the Day

A man walks into a bar and orders a beer. He takes his first sip and sets it down. While he is looking around the bar, a monkey swings down and steals the pint of beer from him before he is able to stop the monkey.

The man asks the barman who owns the monkey. The barman replies the piano player. The man walks over to the piano player and says "Do you know your monkey stole my beer." The pianist replies "No, but if you hum it, I'll play it."

For Lent, I gave up the naughty mouth I developed when Doug had a tour in the Army. I didn't take my naughty mouth back when Lent was over.

morning donkey...bad habits...giving up...YEAH...grown kids that think that they know what is best for ya...lol...been busy this am...had a destruction derby in me kitchen last nite...all is right now...and she's still a snoring...trash, dishes, cookies, grease...why is it when kids cook they somehow seem to use every dish, pot, pan, bowl, all the silverware, glasses, and then walk off and let them sit?...she told her freind last nite I need to get back to normal...what?...am I a setting on a washing machine?...this is the new refined me...I eat when I want...I don't cook if'n I don't feel like it...my house stays clean...I sleep decently, cept for the past 2 nites, lol...I feel good that I've lost this weight she thinks I'm too slim...I'm neglecting myself...lol...I eat, I exercise, I do what I am suppose to...now I realize why I don't want a room mate or kids living with me...work load is tripled...lol...have a good saturday...I've got laundry to do, again today, mopping of my floor...gee didn't I do that the other day?...now it looks like something from outter space landed on it...lol...sweeping...I thought I did that the other day too...and then I get to go and take care of me senior...lol...KIDS...don't they ever grow up?...geez....smile

I have learned one thing since giving up my mouth: The world is a dirty (mouthed) place!

I'm not giving up caffeine tho. It's about the only vice I have left...

Yeah, I am trying to not be so lazy about housework... but there is just so much I want to do and so little time for it all! LOL

howdy....came home...kids were gone...front door left unlocked...house smelled of recent cooking...tv on music station full blast...bathroom left with parts unpainted...and I could have sworn that I cleaned the kitchen top to bottom this morning...boy I must be losing it...now I have a kitchen to clean, and mop and wash and BALDERDASH...I called miss nell and asked her what NO ment...her reply was my Grandma taught me it means go on and do it so neiner....grrrrrrrrrr....I have come to the conclusion that kids are bad habits to break...or breaking of me...in other news my seniors daughter was up today and she said that the "sculpting" on me was coming along quite nicely...lol...just gotta work on a certain "pouch" now...but I seems to do that pretty well...I mean I can see me toes, and me knees now...lol...if'n ya need me I'm in the kitchen wondering if'n I has althizmers cuz I could have sworn that I cleaned it top to bottom this morning...lol...Smile
