 not a very encouraging picture i took this morning. i hate how i look in my jeans.

im fasting wed/thurs/frid. i have been doing healthy things this past 3 months..and i just wanna loose this dang weight. im still in the 140's. please . but im writing down for 2 months my intake on a notebook thing at my house. its easier to keep w/ me than getting on the comp all the time. wish me luck

wow!  thank you all so very much for the comments. that was SO encouraging!!

well i have been so busy lately. and i really dont have time to comment back to each and everyone of you.

but several of you asked how i did it.

I have been running alot lately.

3-4 miles 3or4Times a week.

my dieting hasn't been too strict. but i just try to be healthier.

well i really really really wanna get down to 135 by the end of this month. which is in like 5 days, and i stil weigh 140 , so im gonna just eat the healthiest i can and run the most i can until then, and maybe at least drop to pounds or something.

ANYWAYS. i love you all so much! ill put more pics on here next update. *lil xangie makeova!!*
