| I couldn't wait 6 more days, else it would have been a monthDear reader My phone just rang and i was like, "Aww, man! Must be my boss calling me up for graveyard shift again. But no, not the familiar gruff bass but a loud high girly voice. Could it be that lady from the blood donation place? She seems to like calling me, hoping that because im a big man i will have plenty of blood to donate... But no, this voice is more familiar then hers. And this woman is speaking to me as if she knows me.!" Realization is slow in the coming but when it arrives all doubt is washed from my mind. "What did you mean by..." Of course, its Lydia calling me. I mean who else knows my cell number, much less has the nerve to bother me? I laugh as the stress flows out of my being to be replaced with happiness. Life is good, as long as you have awesome friends who will call you anytime of night or day and pester you without cease, just to get one good word in, the one good word that makes your day worth all the frustration. Thanks Lydia and company. About one and a half weeks ago we were snowed in, and had to miss four days of college. Then just when the last snow was melting and the sun had been out a day or three, it decides to hail. Course high winds had to follow and now its a crispy cold and a brilliant sunny day! I'm driving along a small road trying to double task and type this on my laptop, while narrowly miss cars due to my lack of concentration. (Kidding, not typing. ) Ok so i was driving along and longing to skip work and go take a walk around our lake, but duty is heavier then my want of freedom (or knowledge of pending consequencess), so i go to work. After work, i conveniently forget about the beautiful day, and go on to do some chores, take a pipping hot shower, put up our tree and finally tiddy the house and eat dinner before mom and dad come home. Then, cause they are seriously taking their time coming up from Seattle, I chatted with Lydia, (earlier via Skype) and now on the phone. Then i eat some more and am just finishing when... Andrew sounds the alarm and we scramble to clean up as my parents come through the door. Now we have hugged and exchanged words about their one week cruise. The slide show of compiled photos was pretty good, and the bahamas treated them well, seemingly. Glad that they had a chance to get away from their four very naughty boys. We had alot of fun while they were gone too. Everything from beginning a tree fort, getting our Christmas tree, decorating, having the Sims over for two days, playing a five person computer lan party, playing another one the next night, eating alot more junkfood then healthy, working, sleeping in when not working, reading - but not enough, staying up all night talking and playing games.... We didnt do much of anything this week, except for not get enough sleep and look at computer screens too much. Interesting eh? Continuing from nowhere. Man, i need some sleep, ill see yall when i have rested, which, due to my present hibernation instincts might be a looooong sleep... So, dont stick around, unless you can hibernate too. Night P.S. You, whom i speak to, know who you are.... I am yours Romeo |
