"Without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community." - Anthony D'angelo

My Work Day

well, today is bring your children to work day. So the team needs to put together an activity for the kids explaining what we do, and how we do certain things.

So the team got together and is explaining how we consult on processes, work flow, and development of these. We doing this by explaining it in a baking cookie format, and I was given the task of creating this flow chart.

So as you can tell I had tons of fun using our Quality Assurance tool. =)

My Age Old Thoughts on an Age Old Question

...are girls really still confusing and are guys bad at reading things...like really bad, like guys lose 100 IQ bad when it comes in to interpreting girls signals.

Well, after reading She's just not that into me -- or is she? , I start taking trips down memory lane. Boy it was a tough trip.

I remember a lot of moments they were talking about in the article, and how men reacted to them. I can sympathize with all the men in those scenarios, because they actually happen to me. I can remember the time when I'm talking to a girl and was wondering "hmmm, hey...she might be interested in me!" But then realize that we were talking about something that we had the same interest in. Well, you could say its a start and foot in the door. But would that really answer the question of "is she really interested in me and not the subject at hand?"

And then the time when I'm noticed the girl looking at me so many thoughts ran through my head! Like "Do I know you?", "Do I look like someone you know?", "Is there someone on me?!", "Is my hair standing up?", along with other like thoughts. But the farthest one from my mind was "was she interested in me?" For awhile, I thought I was the only one who thought like that until I read the article.

And so true about the part where guys are really bad at reading signals. And then girls blame us guys for not listening, but its rather the us not paying attention to the mixed signals that girls always try to send us. =P Well, sometimes mixed sometimes genuine. I can speak for myself, I pay more attention to the what is said then what is shown. Must be a guy thing...

I though the article was pretty good.

"Chance fights ever on the side of the prudent." -Euripides

My Wednesday

Hmmm, Batman Dark Knight is coming out this weekend. And if I imagine right, a lot people are excited about. But me on the other hand don't feel the same way others do. I still remember the previous batman franchise that was good for the first two movies then went to the dung pile.

But I'm still actually holding out on this serious of batman movies...at least with all these remakes, they seem better then the originals that have been out there in the past.

As for me, I think I'll wait a week or two before seeing the new batman movie. Its not the list of movies to really see on opening weekend.

My Thoughts

...must think deeper, must think deeper, mus.....oh look at the cute kitty!

Ever have those moments where you really want to write something meaningful or elaborate? But then get you get derailed by something that comes along and you lose you're train of thought. This seems to be happening to me every time I sit down to do a blog entry.

hmmm

“Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.”- James 1:21

"Only solitary men know the full joys of frienship. Others have their family; but to a solitary and an exile, his friends are everything." - Willa Cather

My Monday

Should have taken a vacation day...don't feel like working today.

My Camera

Finally got a new lens a bit before the weekend, and had a good time running around using it. The lens is a Canon 70-200 L lens, which is decent suppose to be one of the best groups of lens in the camera world. I should have same sample imagines up later today if I have time. Now, look to upgrade the body.
